very comfortable and stylish room with very large bed. Excellent breakfast

I had stayed at the hotel a few times before and found that the high standards have been kept up and the rooms still look as fresh as they did when the hotel opened. Moreover, breakfast has significantly improved since my last visit, with very fresh fruit salad (a rarity in my experience) and excellent cakes being provided. All this for a very reasonable price.

Pleasant hotel, nice and spacious room and decent value for money. We were hungry in mid afternoon, though, and both room service and reception told us we couldn't order anything before 7,30pm. Unacceptable and very annoing by a hotel of this category.

Gran hotel con un personal de pena ”

Reservamos una habitación cuádruple a través de una web de reservas, cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que la reserva era para 3 personas y no para 4. Le demostramos que la reserva era para 4 y nos dijeron que nos buscáramos la vida con la web en la que habíamos reservado. La solución que nos dieron fue que una de mis hijas (170cm de altura) durmiera en un sofá de 120 cm. No entendemos que habiendo habitaciones libres esa era la solución aportada. Nos quedamos esa noche a dormir como pudimos, anulamos la segunda noche de hotel que teníamos reservada y no volveremos a ir a esta cadena de hoteles en nuestra vida. Lamentable. Buen hotel, buenas instalaciones pero un personal que no está a la altura. Penoso.

Hotel de standing très propre

AC Hotel Torino est un très beau hotel. Le personnel parle le français et est très disponible. Seul point négatif, malgré une réservation déjà effectuée, on a dû payer un supplément sur place pour une chambre plus grande avec exactement la même chose (1 lit double et 1 lit d'appoint). Sans cela, la réservation serait annulée et on n'avait pas de choix avec 2 enfants de bas age...

Mooie ruime luxe zakelijke kamer

Mooi rustig hotel, gericht op de zakelijke markt. Fijn ontbijt. Zeer stijlvol en schoon. Zelf hadden ze aangegeven dat het supercentraal In Turijn zou liggen, maar dat was niet helemaal waar; even een ritje met De metro dan ben je in het centrum, dus je loopt niet zo je deur uit.
