Hospitality as its finest. I like how the hotel staff enthusiastically greets us with smiles in their faces even with their facemasks on. The location of the hotel is located near BREDCO which is very convenient for us. The hotel facilities were great. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and had our breakfast in their cabanas. Also, the room is spacious and clean with comfortable mattresses. We indeed had a fun and relaxing stay at the hotel. I'll definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Best hotel cuisine in bacolod! The young chef is awesome. I had such spaghetti 3 years ago in an Italian restaurant in Italy! Cook with love. Keep it up! Despite covit and no guests, everything was excellent, really great and will come out of the crisis as a winner. Wonderful facility, pure relaxation. Very good beds wonderful shower with constant warm water. We would love to come back and thank you very much for your efforts with my rebooking. Since the top!

It was very relaxing again. Love the facility but also the staff. What you achieve in the time with covit is excellent and hardly any guests and few employees. Congratulations. Has become the number 1 hotel in bacolod for us. Would be nice to get married there too, they have a very good inexpensive package. Let's see who it is with us 😂😍

This hotel is very nice and right next to the ferry port in Bacolod. Facilities are good. Did not book with the breakfast, but the lobby restaurant had good food. It is a bit of a walk to the main road, only a few blocked.. and within a couple of blocks of an SM mall for anything you might need.

Amazing staff”
Special thanks to front desk officer Jamaica Velasco for allowing us early check in and latr check out. She even helped us secure oceanjet tickets going to Iloilo. She made our trip specially comfortable and stress free. Her colleages Jasper, Van, Dana, Enzo were very attentive and cheerful as well. Restaurant waiter Kerby offered excellent service as well. This hotel may not be 5 star nor modern facilities, but it possesses such great and invaluable staff that makes it all worthwhile.

Nice place but encountered some issues”
The place is accessible and near SM Bacolod. The place and rooms are clean and the food they serve is nice and not too expensive. The staff are also polite and welcoming. My only issue was the keycard they provided was not working. I had to go up and down and request for the keycard to be replaced but until the end of my stay, the keycard never worked. They had to ask a staff to have the door opened for me.

Great service during the typhoon. The guard was very helpful in making sure our car didn't get damaged by the falling trees. Everyone was friendly and they helped shelter people during the storm.

The hotel doesn't look much or exciting on the outside, but once you get inside you'll be greeted with luxurious vibes. For the price, the room is quite spacious. The interior is pleasing to the eyes. No problems with all the essentials. Comes with breakfast. Near to everything most especially the pier to Iloilo. The pool however needs more often cleaning.

Stayed in Acacia during the Christmas holiday season, and I can say that it was fantastic. Pros: walking distance from Sea Port, spacious room with free bfast, near SM, 711 & Merczi's nearby for pasalubongs, taxi were always on-call, staff were nice. Cons: The bfast was so-so, no compli coffee/tea in rooms, hair blower had to be requested, limited manpower on duty. (most of these cons are probably cost cutting due to pandemic) Overall it was a nice stay, if you are looking for a hotel away from the hustle & bustle, this one's perfect!

Clean & sanitary with very Spacious room is a good find. Location is a plus. The lobby is welcoming due to nice ambiance. The swimming pool is crystal clear in cleanliness , an early swim is just fun to do to start up the morning. A nice place to do work & a little bit of leisure.

Old / Renovated Hote near the Ferry Terminal”
it's an old hotel that was beautifully renovated. the rooms are big and very clean. it's located 600m away from SM and around 500M away from the Ferry Terminal. It's walking distance the downtown area and at the Manokan Country. I would recommend this place if you're on a budget and still want a cozy place away from the city life. But if you prefer to have a busy place, with nightlife, I suggest you stay at Lacson St.

If you want a hotel away from the limelight or busy street, then Acacia is the one for you. It is beside the Bacolod Seaport. Transportation will not be a problem because you can just book a ride or ask the front office to call for a taxi. It is near SM but not walking distance. It's clean and staff are friendly.
