Exceptional quality of service with friendly and helpful staff which overall gave us an amazing stay. A very special mentioned to Ms. Gwyneth of front desk, who went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay, and made sure all my expectations are met. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness truly made a difference. Guest service agent Mr. Mattheo, who's always prompt whenever I am requesting for a Shuttle service, in-room dining, etc. Special thanks to the courteous drivers, Mr. Seg and Mr. June as well as to Mr. JP Pahoyo of security who's always helping us lugging our stuff. Housekeeping Staff, (I'm truly sorry for not getting their names) They're always greeting us in the foyer, going back to our room. Thank you for accomplishing promptly our requests (make-up room, special pillows etc.) Breakfast was great and massive with tons of choices, Just a small mishap about the maple syrup at the breakfast buffet that have gotten a long piece of hair strand (happened twice) though I suggested to the chef who changed it, that it is much more appropriate to just keep the syrup on its original container or might as well change the bowl into something covered like perhaps a jar with a lid. F&B Staff are very attentive and polite. Special mention to Mr. Paulo for looking after us while me and my son we're having breakfast. The hostess, Ms. Jenny, who always says Hi to my son with her lovely smile. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family! Thank you, Team Acacia for making our stay so pleasant! Some minor areas for improvement: The TV in our room was flickering during the entire stay. Pool water is too cold for my liking. Kids club is open only during weekends. Room towels and bath robes feels very substandard. Toilet bowl should be clean and sanitize thoroughly. Additional Doorman for guests arriving and departing the hotel.
We had a good overall experience during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and all the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our visit. While the hotel is generally well-maintained, you can notice a few signs of age, like bubbling wallpaper along the corridors and minor drippings in the shaded outdoor area. These didn’t really affect our stay, but worth noting. The pool is wide and clean, though there’s limited space to lounge or move around, and we were a bit surprised that there’s no poolside bar or snack area—something we’ve seen in other hotels we’ve stayed at, which would have been a nice addition. Breakfast was good. The dining area is spacious and refills were done quickly. The selection was limited, but everything served was tasty. One odd thing we noticed was the bacon—it was placed behind the counter, so guests couldn’t access it freely. It was often covered, so we didn’t even realize bacon was available until later. As frequent hotel-goers, this was the first time we felt like bacon was being “gatekept,” despite it being included in what we paid for. On a positive note, they made our celebration extra special with complimentary room decorations and a cake, which they thoughtfully scheduled by calling ahead to ensure the celebrant was present. All in all, despite a few small quirks, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm service.
We always enjoy our stay at Acacia Hotel, and this recent visit reminded us why it’s our favorite hotel in the South. Shortly after checking in, we noticed a minor issue with the air conditioning dripping in our room. We raised it with the staff, and to our surprise, they responded immediately—not only did they transfer us to another room right away, but they also gave us a free upgrade! That level of service truly exceeded our expectations. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless throughout our stay, and everyone, from the front desk to the concierge, was warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Aside from the amazing service, the hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The food at the hotel itself was excellent, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding hospitality. We had a short overnight stay at Acacia Hotel and it truly exceeded our expectations—especially as we were traveling with infant. Before our arrival, we requested a baby cot and were delighted to find it already set up in our room, clean and cozy. It made settling in so easy. What truly touched us was the thoughtful birthday greeting and the delicious complimentary cake waiting for us—it was such a kind surprise that made the occasion feel really special. The hotel also offers unlimited refills of bottled water, which was a huge plus, especially while traveling with a baby. It’s a small detail, but it made a big difference in comfort and convenience. Breakfast the next morning was excellent—fresh, varied, and with something for everyone. The staff was attentive and friendly, always happy to help and genuinely welcoming to families. We were only there for one night, but the care and attention we received made it feel like a proper getaway. Highly recommended, especially for families with young children!

“A Pleasant Stay”
We stayed at Acacia last August 8, which happened to be a Friday. Even though it was a busy day, our check-in was smooth and quick. we were given a room in no time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, accommodating, and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the hotel entrance up to our check-in. The location is excellent. very close to a shopping mall, recreational areas, and plenty of restaurants. There’s even a 24-hour convenience store nearby for late-night needs, and a 24-hour fast food chain just across the street. The hotel also serves food, although I’m not sure about their operating hours. We didn’t get the chance to try the spa or other amenities like the gym and pool, as we were out most of the day. Still, our room was very comfortable. We had a king-size bed with a cozy weighted blanket that kept me warm, and the air conditioning worked perfectly despite the hot weather outside. Breakfast was included, and the selection was good. If you’re looking for something with more variety or a gourmet touch, you might prefer ordering from the hotel restaurant. During our stay, they served a Filipino breakfast spread with fried rice, danggit, tinapa, and a delicious corned beef. Eggs were cooked to your preference, and there were also hot viands, fruits, breads, cereals (great for kids and kids at heart), Filipino desserts, vegetable salad, and steamed vegetables. For drinks, you could choose between brewed coffee and hot chocolate. What I loved most about Acacia is the laid-back, calming, and peaceful atmosphere, a perfect place to unwind after a long day.
