Exceptional”
never been to any other waterspa + hotel but been to AWS for the second time, never changed, more better in december as it has been cold for the past few weeks. still clean, food is superb, room is although old - well-kept, smells fresh, cold ac, great tv size with netflix, pictures arent updated but accommodation never disappoints 💕 my little kiddo was happy as the waterspa water level is kid-friendly, warm, and no need floaties for kids beyond 4yo so she got to really enjoy around. super kind staff, we stayed after Christmas and there were a number of guests but they were still very responsive and quick 🙌 got to take advantage of a really good deal, hotel with buffet brekky + waterspa tickets + free parking. i booked in November for an after Christmas accommodation and prices went up fast it was already almost doubled before December started. bookie when you see that great deal! ❤

Perfect Relaxation Hotel and Water Spa!”
10/10 Place looks good with the decorations always on theme depending on the time of the year. Staff is very approachable and helpful. The room itself looks very good, it was clean and maintained when we checked-in. The Spa itself was great, they have a large locker room with the changing and shower rooms with them, they also offer plastics in the changing area which is really helpful. The pool has several lifeguards that would warn unruly behavior that would disrupt the other patrons, they also have large signboards on the benefits of the spa which is very interesting to read. Checking-in gives a complimentary Water spa ticket and breakfast. Would definitely come back for another relaxing vacation.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Ace Hotel Suites ⭐Everything was clean ⭐ Friendly Staff ⭐ Smart TV so we could watch YT videos or Netflix ⭐ Bathroom was huge which we always love and the shower water pressure was excellent! ⭐ Breakfast variety was good for something that's free ⭐ The Ace Water Spa was such a great experience that we're definitely going back again. It was so nice that there weren't a lot of people either. If you're looking for a hotel with great amenities to stay within the metro, look no further -- it's Ace Hotel!

The hydro Massage was a unique Experience, We are very satisfy. I requested for twin Beda Instead of a Queen bed. Instead the room assigned to us was a 1 bedroom unit with a sofa bed. Real value with breakfast inclusion for 1 and Free 4-hour hydro Massage. Will recommend to family and friends.

Core Memory”
First time to take advantage of the hotel room as we were used only to pay for the spa, and I must say, it's all worth it! The ambiance was relaxing, the rooms were spacious and clean (we rented two rooms), the location was very much accessible and near to major establishments. Thank you, ACE, for the memorable experience you've given us during our New Year's Eve stay there. I guess the only con I can say is about that one particular staff, the guy in the spa counter, I think he's the supervisor or someone of higher ranking, who has the potential to intimidate the guests with his tone and choice of words. Not that friendly, too. Overall, it was a core memory added to our system, especially to my pamangkins who really enjoyed the place.

Great Package ”
We had a great stay with the inclusion of water spa and breakfast buffet. Got a free buffet for a little kid. Had an upgrade from deluxe twin to a junior suite! Thank u so much ace! It's my 2nd stay here. The 1st one when we celebrated my niece's bday (need to pay for water spa) and the recent was my bday. Hopefully ur package with the inclusion of water spa will become a permanent package.

We booked 4 rooms for the whole clinic staff to relax and unwind in their water spa. The hotel rooms were all clean and maintained. Breakfast buffet was good. Check in and check out was just a few minutes even with a lot of guests checking out. The whole staff enjoyed their stay and the water spa. It was what guests will be looking forward to.

Stayed overnight for our wedding anniversary. I requested for a high floor and we're given a 15th floor room, but it's not quiet area though. We can hear the loud music from outside, I guess that's from a videoke bar. But it's okay, at 12 midnight, it lessen the noise. Cleanliness - 5/5 Courteous staff - 5/5 (they accomodate everything we asked) Breakfast buffet - 4/5 (all yummy but it has few choices) Bathroom - 5/5 (spacious and no foul smell) Room - 5/5 (it also has an office table in the corner, good for wfh) Place - 5/5 (walking distance to other fastfood and resto in the area) Water spa - 5/5 (best if you try it at 6pm, less people) I love also the deal that we got here in agoda, early check in but late check out. We got more time to stay! We'll definitely go back here.

Really nice for a weekend staycation. ”
We had a weekend family staycation for my Dad who is came from the US and my Mom who celebrated her senior bday the day before. Hotel room was nice and reasonable considering the complimentary water spa vouchers included. Breakfast food was really good, just need to add more food selection. One tip though, bring upper and lower Lycra garments as they did not allow my non-Lycra swim shorts and had to rent there. Forgot that they are strict with the dress code. I am ok with it as the water jets will blow off any non-Lycra garment. Will definitely go here again.

A relaxing place at the heart of the city”
Always a relaxing experience at Ace Water Spa. My 4-year-old daughter enjoyed the heated pools. :) Location is strategic, cafes, convenient stores and fast foods are just around the area. Recommended for families who need a quick break.

2nd year anniversary Metro Manila Spa celebration”
We could not go far so staycation within Metro Manila was the one we looked for. More expensive hotels cannot match the Spa facilities of ACE and for this our anniversary was quite some (good) experience! What could be improved are the food (breakfast buffet more food varieties would be nice though basic breakfast silogs, bread, cereals has been served) and hotel restaurant reservations (priority to checked-in guests would have been really nice). Still overall, even with some areas of opportunities, I will recommend to stay at ACE and avail of the rooms that come with Spa! Also even though Pasig is in the Metro center, would be really nice to have ACE in the South 😊
