Loved the place. It was the perfect place for a short vacation with family. ”
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were super nice and clean. They had game rooms which our family enjoyed. They also had a play area for kids. I would just suggest that they clean the play area and they should try to maintain the place since kids are the ones using it. Some parts need repair since wood were sticking out of the play area. The pool are was perfect for kids. We also loved the clean beach infront of it. And lastly, the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Best staycation in Subic”
As of July 2019, they improved already. Most of the negative issues written before were corrected. Their restaurant is good at average price but taste great. Rooms are big and clean. Staffs are well attentive. Beach front and has infinity pool. Gym and water activities for rent. Book thru agoda as rates are cheaper than book directly at Acea. For senior citizen , mobility problem or pwd, you should book the ground floor area as they dont have elevator access to higher rooms which is 2nd floor. But it is wheelchair friendly only at ground floor and to the beach and restaurant. Overall, best stay in Acea subic.

wonderful getaway place”
the hotel is great for family who likes to be far from the city noise. they have great facility for adults and children to spend their time such as kiddie playground, game room for adults, gym, the pool is very clean as well as the beach. they have very nice view if you're going to choose the room with beach view. the rooms are clean and spacious. customer service was great. props to Ms. Angelou, Ford and the rest of the staffs for making our stay wonderful.

Unexpectedly great!”
Easy-like-Sunday-morning was the feeling and experience we had during our stay. At first we were wary of the reviews posted, but we still gave it a shot because the place is pretty neat and we really needed a quick family break. We went on a weekday, so there weren’t too many guests. It was very serene. Staff from front desk to F&B team and even their guards are really courteous, attentive and considerate. Breakfast buffet may not have too many choices, but its totally fine since all essentials are there (soup,garlic rice, 4 viands, cereals, fruits,bread and pastries) plus their brewed coffee is good! Infinity Pool was under construction during our stay and they were kind enough to extend a discount for our meals and a free 1hour Kayak. They were also considerate in letting our kids use the play area even if its beyond its operating hours. All was good and we will definitely book again (on a weekday!!!)

The rooms were big and clean, very comfortable beds, the bathroom was spacious, well decorated (not over-powering). Free food in the room was a bonus. Pool was clean. The beach area because of the rain was not really clean. The tide brought in a lot of garbage from the ocean. The staff was very customer-friendly. The food was good too! I had a fantastic stay in ACEA! Highly recommended!

Best place if you need serenity ”
Overall stay was excellent but we just had a little inconvenience checking in. We called in and requested for an early check in but was not granted and it’s fine. What’s not good with it was when we advised the receptionist that we are checking in, we were treated by her as we don’t exist. When an older lady approached and said that she is checking in for few rooms, she was the one assisted first. I think that’s rude but I don’t want to give a bad review in general for a mistake that only one person did. The rest of the staff are very nice and warm.

the place is so nice, with scenic views, the pool and the beach were clean. the staff’s were friendly and helpful all the time. they serve good buffet breakfast. Acea is very calming and relaxing place to stay. what you see in the picture is the same.

I celebrated my 30th birthday here at Acea. I really had an excellent relaxation time. This hotel is not crowded and has an excellent view of the cove. Also, their food is great!

We had an amazing stay at ACEA subic, the staff were really friendly and very considerate of us. We had a little bit of a situation in our room upon checking out but they have been considerate. We didn't even ask for it but they had consider our situation. A lot of my friends are now asking for the place, they were amazed how nice the place was and never thought there could be a little paradise in Subic. Clean rooms and they keep the beach area clean as well. Great food too!! Again I commend the reception staff people (i guess the manager and the reception ladies) who helped us. Beautiful and wonderful ladies :)

It was a relaxing rainy getaway”
We were there on a rainy season so it was raining half of the time. Despite that we enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice. The kids enjoyed it. Loved the open space. Unfortunately though maybe bec of the rain, there are washed up trashes in the beaches. The staff were very diligent cleaning up The rooms were nice and clean. But since its detached from the main building, we had to brave the rain before reaching tje restaurant and other amenities. So i guess, it could have been more convenient if you stay an a summer. Overall, were happy to have stayed in ACEA.

The buffet breakfast should have more selections like bacon and other food for breakfast. The playrooms, billiards, gym, table tennis, play station and foosball activities are very enjoyable. Very nice lay out of the property. Mark is very professional and accomodating. Elaine, Emz, karisa and manager julie are very friendly and efficient.

I highly recommend this Hotel of ACEA SUBIC BAY. The location is very accessible near Subic attractions (Subic & Ocean Adventure), shops and some restaurant. The facilities are great, especially the spacious room, clean infinity pool and beach. Also, the staffs are all very approachable and friendly. This hotel is perfect for holiday with family or loved ones. More power to ACEA SUBIC BAY!!

The best beach resort in Subic so far! The hotel room was spacious and clean. The facilities were good. They have a pool for kids and a playroom. The beach shore is being cleaned regularly. However, you are not allowed to bring food, only chips. They have an in-house restaurant but a little expensive.

Great stay!”
We had an awesome stay in ACEA although the infinity pool was under maintenance so we weren't able to use it but the resort gave us free kayaking (worth Php600) instead and also gave us a 10% discount for the restaurant. This resort is the perfect place if you want to reflect and enjoy nature. It is so private and quiet here and has a great view of the mountains! Kudos to the management team!
