Excellent Hotel in Central Pattaya!!!”
This was my first trip to Pattaya. I had researched many hotels and I felt and still feel it is an excellent hotel providing great value. First of all, the entire staff is wonderful. They are hard working, friendly, and extremely helpful. I was on crutches during my stay. The staff accommodated me whenever I needed help. Secondly, the facilities are very good. Similar accommodations to a 4-star hotel in the United States which us Excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and up to date. The gym is small, but had free weights, treadmills, and exercise machines. It had everything I needed to do my normal workout routine. There is a nice rooftop pool and bar that O didn't get to use.because of my injuries, but I look forward to trying them out on my next visit. Lastly, the location us fantastic!!! Walking distance to restaurants and bars yet far enough away thst you can sleep quietly at night. My lasting impression is this will be my goto hotel when staying in Pattaya. It has everything I need and I really enjoyed my stay.

Great Stay in the heart of Pattaya”
This was my first visit to Pattaya. I had researched many hotels, and Acqua was the best value for the money. I was not disappointed. First of all, the hotel is in a good location within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Secondly, the staff was amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I was on crutches at the time, and the staff took care of me. Whenever they saw me, the rushed to the door to open it even though I could do that myself. The facilities are very nice. The gym is not big. However, it had everything I needing including free weights, treadmills, and weight machines. There is a pool and bar on the roof that look nice and are well maintained. Overall, I was more than satisfied with my stay, and I will definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel!”
I have just returned from a holiday in Pattaya. We have looked at the Acqua Hotel on many occasions but it was usually out of our price range. However, on this occasion, it worked out well for booking. The room was really nice, a little small in places, compared to other hotels I have stayed in, but still, a great room. Nice comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The only downside for me, whether it was just my room, was the slightly loud aircon. With the bed being located directly under it, it made for some interrupted sleep on most nights. Most of the time, I had to turn it off at night. This is my only criticism. The rooftop pool area is very nice, with great views of the area. I can't comment on the breakfast offering as I didn't need it at the hotel, but it looked good from a distance. I would stay again if the price was right for me.

Great stay, nice size clean room, good value, comfortable bed, nice pool, great staff. Only issue is how noisy it is with nearby bars thumping loud music from early afternoon till 3am. If booking an hotel central Pattaya to party till late its not much of an issue... but worth mentioning. Great for singles or couples looking to party, not so much for families.

Luxury Affordable Hotel”
I stayed one night and was impressed by the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bed had four comfortable pillows which I liked. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a rain and wand shower head. I would like to come back and stay again.

Hotel is reaaly good,only bitter taste for me was that bed sheets were dirty when i arrived.Contact reception and they send cleaning staff who changen sheets but again same problem,sheets were dirty again.Then immediately i request from cleaning staff new one or i will go to another hotel,and finally they providd clean bed sheets.So,obviuosly they have this problem,don't understand how they dont control how they wash sheets.Cleaning is most important thing for me in hotels.Staff was really great at reception,guys who arr working on entrance also.Location perfect.

Good Stay, Lovely Hotel, Great Staff”
I think the staff were great from arrival and during the 12 night stay I was there. The room was very clean and cleaned daily which I was very happy with. I did have a problem on the one night with the Air Con System but next day the engineer was there to fix it, unfortunately he couldn’t so I had to move room. I thought it would be a problem but 4 staff turned up from reception and helped me move with clothes etc. It was done in 5 minutes. I would definitely book this hotel again.

This hotel was better than I can possibly explain. The staff was fantastic! I mean everyone from the front desk to the clean crew to cook etc... everyone was amazing and has deep pride in their job and the hotel.... my room were awesome, super modern very conferrable bed etc! I did not want to leave... by the way breakfast is outstanding as well! Don't question it, book this hotel now!!!

Great 12 nights stay! ”
The superior room is suitable for solo travellers. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows provided. The showers had good water flow rate and good amount of hot water. The location is convenient to get to second road and also the tree town bar areas. It's walking distance to Central Festival shopping mall too. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent choice for your next trip to Pattaya if you want to be near the nightlife just of soi honey. With this location you have quick access to transport routes around central pattaya. Great staff, facilities & room was excellent.

Perfect ”
It’s a good hotel in the middle of everything. Great staff and friendly. Shower was interesting, floor to ceiling glass overlooking the balcony. Room was a little tight but I did have 2 singles pushed together. All in all a great stay and thanks to all the staff there.

Great hotel . Lovely roof top pool . Great breakfast . Room I had was on right hand side block on 2nd floor. Very noisy until late. Room very small but adequate . Would stay again for sure.

The hotel is modern, clean and secure. A hidden gem in the heart of Pattaya. Awesome infinity pool. About the only downside is the music and partying outside until 0200. But that’s true of all the hotels any where near the action.

Good Hotel, Great Location”
My first time staying Acqua and I was really impressed by this hotel. First, the staff are some of the friendliest people around. Can't say more how much they were super helpful of anything I needed. The rooms aren't all that big but they are super comfortable and was always kept clean. The balcony was sufficient. The interesting thing is that the showers can be seen from the outside. I guess if you don't mind then don't put the blinds down, I didn't. The rooftop pool is absolutely gorgeous and I would recommend for people to take advantage of it. If you are looking for location around central Pattaya then this is one of the best places to stay in. There are many places around that will catch your attention. I won't ruin it, but stay at this hotel and you will see. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone. Would stay here in again for future visits to Pattaya.

Prefect location and helpful staff”
I really enjoyed the Stay at Acqua Hotel and will definitely stay there my next visit as well. The location can't be any more central with direct (short-cut) access to Tree Town. Second road and Central festival as well as the Beach are within a short walk. Never had any issue with bringing a guest, the pool was great. The only downside was that the cleaning of the room was down fairly late each day. I was staying on the top floor and I guess they started at the bottom.

Perfection”
Great location, close to all the action but quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Modern rooms, flat screen TVs, coffee maker, robes and slippers and great water pressure make for a comfortable stay. Staff are very friendly and eager to please. Already booked for a return trip.
