Stayed here as a treat for my wife on mother’s day with my daughter and our fur baby. My wife and daughter enjoyed our stay here. They have a beautiful park in front of the hotel where you can relax and enjoy in the afternoon and walk your pet or exercise in the morning. They offered a reasonably priced buffet at their Cafe Margaux for mom’s day. Have stayed here many times before for business travel, first time with my family. Their facilities and service is consistent: friendly and accommodating staff, fast service, clean rooms and delicious food at their cafe. They have Chinese and Japanese resto in the compound (Acro City) should you prefer such cuisine. Unfortunately, my daughter was not feeling well and we were not able to swim in their beautiful pool. Five Stars for this hotel, hope they stay consistent, we’ll be back definitely.

The place is always clean and staff are patient and nice. However, this hotel is strict when it comes to visitor. Usual hotels usually don’t care about your guests, but this hotel does. Your visitors have to have digital or physical ID and be logged on security book even minors. The security knows if you are a visitor or not. Your visitors cannot also visit the pool and they are only allowed to stay until 10pm. They also will not give u additional toiletries, it will only be based on the room you book. The free breakfast though has generous serving.

Surprising that such a hotel exist mainly because there weren’t a lot of services like this in the past. Having Acro there provides travellers and the town such a great service. I initially asked though for a late check out, which I already requested ahead of time. But the staff were so unclear about the process. I just wish that we will be notified about it better next time. I’m from the south and I don’t know why I felt a less gracious welcome. The south and metro hotels are the best in hospitality. They greet you with smile on their faces. This is something I’d appreciate as a traveller as we’ve just been on a really long car ride. Anyway, the check out process was perfect and more organized. Thanks so much for accommodating my request. We had to ask for it mainly because we had to attend a wedding which was way beyond the standard checkout time and the problem was we had nowhere else to go. The room was perfect, clean, impeccable and smelled fresh. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Acro for elevating and setting a new standard of hospitality in Bulacan. More power to you guys

Would recommend for concert goers who don't want to travel far after a show.

This has been our 4th booking at Acro and every time it was a great experience for relaxation and get away from the regular hustle-bustle in life. Two things: Cleanliness - the room was clean-looking except for dusty floors and cabinets when we checked in, however the staff was quick to respond when I requested for cleaning services. Elevators - one of the elevator was not working on our 2nd day until the day we checked out. Hope they got it fixed. Oh, and I wish they issued a pitcher, too. Overall, we are all happy and we will definitely come back for more.

We were told they also offered shuttles but it was not available at the time of our stay. The cafe in the hotel served good food and also had a live acoustic band. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again.

The location was a little inconvenient e.g. needed to drive 1Klm+ to find a convenience store. Per the title, my one issue was that on leaving they said our rooms were missing 1 hand towel. We all checked our bags, none of us had taken a towel by mistake but the hotel says they check rooms before and so if it's missing it much be us. Because we didn't check and take photos when we entered the room, we couldn't prove we didn't take it but to make it worse they charged P300, for a small hand-towel. Our mistake? hotel mistake? scam? who knows, but it left a stain on an otherwise enjoyable stay. PS. Pool area looked great but we didn't use it.

I came from Manila and I find it strategic to come from Guiguinto instead so that I will not be caught in traffic. It's a quick 15-20min ride. The staff are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The facilities are very neat. I can say it has improved a lot since I first booked my stay here in 2022. The room is clean and smells nice. Bathroom smells good and with complete amenities. Will definitely recommend and will always book my stay here if ever I'll watch a concert again.

| Philippines | CoupleOur overnight stay was good. The room is clean, w/ a small veranda. Our accommodation comes with a decent plated breakfast, which we enjoyed. Most importantly, the staffs are very polite and helpful.

| Philippines | CoupleI stayed at Acro Hotel Residences for a week, and unfortunately, it was far from a relaxing experience. On the first day, the elevator broke down and wasn’t fixed until the next daya major inconvenience, especially with luggage. In the first room, the telephone wasn’t working, and there was loud construction in the adjacent room, with strong paint odors seeping in. I asked to be transferred to another room. In the second room, the heater wasn’t working, and there was a leak inside the room. I requested another transfer, and again, we had to repack and movewhich was very tiring and disrupted what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. In the third room, the heater was working, but the bed sheets were visibly dirty. When I requested clean ones, I was told I had to wait until the next morning since the sheets were “freshly laundered” and the stains were just “marks.” I even offered to change the sheets myself if they would just provide clean ones. Tip to management: if the sheets have stains or dirt, do not use them for guestsfresh laundry or not. One positive note the staff at Café Margaux, located beside the hotel, were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their warm service. Overall, the poor maintenance of the hotel and the hassle of changing rooms three times in one week made the stay exhausting. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest experience.
