Great!
Great place, would be amazing if you could stay much longer because the facilities are fantastic! The kitchens are a fantistic addiction 👍🏻

Very pretty hotel - communal kitchen - so ideal for longer stays - just some noise from water pipes or air cond in the room even though air cond was switched off

A WARM WELCOME TO ADELAIDE
We were thrilled with this Hotel and would highly recommend it to other people. We enjoyed the walk to the shopping mall and found a hotel and family run Italian restaurant close by , both in Wakefield Street too for an evening meal when required. Breakfast was good value for money ,$10 for generous continental meal. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean.LOOK FORWARD TO NEXT TIME.

Disappointments
TV batteries flat, small occasional table has not been cleaned, dusty shelves, TV badly placed - maybe put it on the top teir of the desk rather than the lower corner.

Fantastic Staff but lack of room cleanliness
Fantastic Staff, great location & great amenities
Fantastic Staff who were very helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is very close and convenient to the CBD. My only two gripes were the room had a lot of stains all over the carpet and on furniture, and the rattling noise coming from the window shutters in the wind at night.

Generally excellent but a few details need fixing
Clean, great location, efficient, smooth operation
Four areas need attention: Television was not up to digital standard for many channels. Fruit at breakfast was the same each day and was preserved or tinned. Bathroom taps were very noisy, we could hear the neighbour's water use loudly and I'm sure they could hear ours. In windy conditions the outside sun shade louvres (3rd floor, west side) whistled.

Excellent friendly option
Comfort. Customer service. Location.
This was a great location with excellent service. We needed to quickly arrive, check in and change/get a taxi to go to a wedding, and reception staff were exceptionally helpful with this, both prior to our arrival on the phone and in person. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. We didn't use them but there were nice facilities available to prep your own food if needed. Highly recommend this place and will stay again.
