Good Apartment hotel”
Good location from Nice airport. You can use tram to get there. All reception staff are friendly and have well communication skill. Only thing that don’t liked is the swimming pool was closed. It made my kids so upset. They were so excited for the pool. Otherwise everything was good. Thanks

Well priced, well located - ”
We visited in late April as a group of 16 from Sheffield, UK. The apartments were ideal for our needs and very well priced. The building is a 2 minute walk from the beach and the centre of Nice is a 10-15 minute walk along the promenade. There are a number of supermarkets and shops in the local area. At the time of writing, the tram system is being extended past the front of the building, so presumably the airport (currently a 20 minute bus journey) will be even more accessible. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities in the rooms were perfect. The pool was not open at the time of our visit, but with the sea so close, we didn't really miss it.

Stated swimming pool but was closed during duration of stay and was advertised this was the case.. Staff not very welcoming. Building works going on morning and night for tram line install (wasn’t advertised this was happening) so very little sleep. Room was ok, few broken bits and curtains falling down. Location good for beach and local shops. Overall a very poor experience and very much false advertising...not sure whether hotels fault or Agoda.

Expensive, small, old”
Location is over estimated. Just a block walk from the beach, but the beach is one of the worst in the Cote d'Azure, very small and just pebbles, no sand. The apartment has old equipment (wardrobe, sink, toilet) and the floor was very dirty when we entered (dark feet after walking 10 minutes!) The pool is ok for adults only, no shallow section for kids. Overall we feel like we paid a lot too much for its value.

Its best choice if you planning to visit nice ,near to the airport and nice city center and just walking 100m distance to the beach and also for tram .room clean and spacio and AC working very well .also kitchinet you can coke your own food .the stuff is helpful team and advice you if you looking for plan to visit some places in nice and special thanks to paul .just saying great stuff there .thank you to all adagio team

Pour moi cet hôtel était très bien situé car j'avais un rendez-vous professionnel à proximité en plus vous pouvez vous promener sur la Promenade des anglais juste à côté vous avez plein de commerces les équipements sont très bon tout est propre et le staff est très gentil.

Non meritano i nostri soldi!”
A seguito di una grave malattia di un familiare ho chiesto, non i soldi, ma la possibilità di spostare le date. Sono intervenuti gli operatori di Agoda cercando di trovare una soluzione ma i gestori di Adagio Access sono stati irremovibili. Naturalmente ero disponibile a qualsiasi altro periodo. Avevo anche scritto un messaggio ma non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere. Persone così non meritano i nostri soldi!!!

Appartamento sporco con tracce di presenza dei clienti precedenti, water non fissato al pavimento”
L unico aspetto positivo e la vicinanza alla promenade d anglais. Il water era maleodorante perche non siliconato al pavimento e quindi anche traballante. Mancavano parecchie cose in cucina tipo macchinetta del caffe. I cuscini del divano avevano ancora l impronta dei precedenti clienti. Se si camminava scalzi i piedi si riempivano di sporcizia. Moquette del corridoio completamente macchiata. Armadi e pareti scrostati.

The surroundings are nice and the staffs are friendly. The cleanliness is acceptable, however, the spacious of the room is a little bit limited. Overall speaking, the hotel is recommended.
