Exceptional”
Highly recommend this hotel! Location is prime, right in the center of town near restaurants and sights. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room with a fantastic view of the square. With windows closed, it was nice and quiet to sleep at night. Bed was large, kitchenette came with small dishwasher (what a great surprise!) and there was plenty of room to spread out in unit. Staff were very helpful. We'd book again no question!

Great hotel, great location”
This is an apartment hotel and I had the studio. It was larger than I anticipated and having a car park connected to the property is very useful, even if not free. The hotel is walking distance to all the major bordeaux tourist sights. I would stay there again.

Great location”
We enjoyed our stay here. Our room had the view of a small park and very near a mall, Starbucks and supermarket. It was a decent size and had all the things we needed. No complaints. There is no complementary housekeeping though. You check in to a clean room after which they will clean your room once you check out. It's really up to you to keep it clean for the duration of your stay. Will stay here again.

Very good location, just 5 mins to walk to the town, near every tourist attractions. Apartment is basic but clean and have everything as a mini studio. It's very good for families with small children. Very quiet at night. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Watch out: no room service”
Aparthotel Very frencch. very unctional, no charms . The french Accor hotel chain has perfected the art of meanness: they run hotels with no charms that look like asylums . They are like Ryanair and easyjet: optimised to increase revenue. Soulless, functional , clinical. Every trick to save money is used: no daily cleaning, no room service, shampoo in big bottles, rough linen smelling of industrial cleaning, easily clean linoleum floors and hard surfaces, industrial breakfast. A hotel run by accountants. Yuck

"Perfect location and awesome rooms"”
stayed with adagio bordeaux gambetta hotel for two nights, location was perfect because it was in the heart of the sights you need to see in bordeaux, cafe and bars were just across the street.their rooms were very spacious and clean and right beside the hotel is their biggest shopping mall, bus stop was just in from of the hotel in going to the train station. all in all our stay was very pleasant and we highly recommend it to all travelers who wish to visit bordeaux.

The hotel itsself located in the heart of bordeaux. We got ourself a free upgrade, the room got everything from stove, microwave, wine opener. Its make me feels like home. If you stay in bordeaux for more than few days, those things will be useful. It has a supermarket nearby... The city can be done by a less than a day of walking considering the hotel location. Friendly staff as well....

My family & I enjoyed our stay in the Adagio Bordeaux Gambetta Hotel. We stayed in different accommodations in various parts of France and this was our best. The hotel is centrally located - all within walking distance to the shops, cafes & restuarants, transport, attractions and the tourist office. The room rate was reasonable and the staff members were helpful & friendly. I would choose the same hotel if I were to visit Bordeaux again and would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good hotel in Bordeaux.

first holiday in Bordeaux”
Very easy to access from airport - we took the Ligne No. 1 bus which stopped at Gambetta Place, just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was well equipped - kettle, microwave, dishes etc. Also lots of liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel. Lovely bathroom - towels changed daily. Bed comfortable, except for pillows. Breakfast expensive at 11 euros so took our own cereal and tea bags. Supermarket nearby where we bought milk, sandwiches, salads etc. Lots of cafes and eating places nearby - a variety of quality and prices. Transport in Bordeaux very efficient and cheap - 1.5 euro for any journey on a bus, tram or ferry. Wonderful parks and squares - worth taking the open topped bus tour of the city - available outside the tourism office for 12 euros.

hello, i highly recommend this hotel: - great location (main shops right on doorstep) - modern and clean rooms - excellent service - good hotel amenities (steam room, small gym) that is rare for bordeaux hotels - good transport (regular bus from airport stops nearby and bus to train station next to hotel) - value for money i would like to make a special note on the staff who were very helpful at all times: i left some of my belongings in the hotel, and the staff very kindly arranged to send them to me in asia for a small fee of euro 10. i highly recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable, attractive hotel with helpful staff. An easy walking distance to the historic lanes, lovely architecture, fantastic shopping & restaurants. A little further to the attractive river frontage. Bordeaux is a beautiful city. A "mini Paris" without the frantic pace of a huge city. A visit/ stay at nearby Saint-Emilion is a must. Unfortunately we didn't have time to drive to the Atlantic coast/beaches, only 40 kms from Borbeaux.

Wonderful wrap-up to 6 weeks away”
Located close to the centre of Bordeaux and within walking distance of most anywhere. Spotless, comfortable, roomy and in short ...delightful. The reception desk is staffed with good humoured helpful people who can answer all your questions. Not only would we stay there again but we will look at their other properties elsewhere in Europe.

Perfect stay!!!”
The staffs are very fluent in English. They were very helpful as the airline has lost our luggages and the receptionists were very happy to help phone them many times to confirm the delivery. The room size was OK, considered that this is France. Everything was clean. Even though, they used the sofa bed but surprisingly it was very comfy. Feeling like living in a small studio apartment as there also had small kitchenettes with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, microwave,etc. We did cook small dinner and made popcorn!!! Will consider to stay at Adagio in other cities.

Great Location ~ easy to airport ”
Stayed at the Hotel twice within a week as was flying through Bordeaux, with enough time to see the city so didn't want an airport hotel .. The location of the hotel was great as was 30 mtrs from airport bus stop .. just on fringe on pedestrian area so easy access into city centre. Rooms were great and clean and airy overlooking and internal courtyard/park area so quiet and sunny ... Also proce was very acceptable

You can catch the bus from the airport (dont use the ATM at the airport it ripped us off 95 euros) and it stops almost outside the Adagio. Staff very good location right near the centre room very comfortable. Would stay again.

Unexpected surprise”
Was surprised to the size of the room. It was spacious and clean. Even though the location is close to "Plaza De Gambetta". But, it gets scary and unsafe with the street leading to the hotel from the plaza. Close to the Mederick Center where you can get some groceries during your stay. In general, it's a great place for it's value. The staff are nice and helpful as to where you want to go and it's easy access from the Train Station (Just take the bus and will get there in no time and vice versa in getting back to the train station from the hotel). Would use the service again if I return.

Great hotel with helpfull staff”
We stayed at the Adagio for two night, and we were really happy with our choice. The room was clean and had everything we need, the Internet was only working for one of the two days though. We were within walking distance from great shops and cafes, the restaurants were a little further to walk but it is a beautiful town to walk around. The only negative we had was the bed was uncomfortable.
