Perfect aparthotel in Paris”
We’re really happy with Adagio Opera. Although we had originally looked for a 2BR apartment as we were traveling with two teens, we settled on a 1BR in Adagio due to its location and good reviews. We were not disappointed. The apartment layout makes it feel like a 2BR and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a small but good enough spread. We’ll stay here again whenever we travel with our kids.

Great location but no service”
As my room the heater machine were broken and I went down to get the new one as the staff were check before given it to me and the new one also not working. They support to find a new one for me but the staff was not willing to get it to me and left me without saying a words.

I've rated for this hotel is 3-star hotel with its location and staff friendliness. However, I can also rate it at the 4-star hotel only if the cleaning service is provided during my stay. I clearly understand that the customer, who stays 7 days or more, will be treated as a customer of service apartment, not hotel service. However, it would be better to have a cleaning service offered as an option for those who stay in a week or longer period. I, personally, would be happy to pay extra for it, daily or perhaps twice a week. Staying a week with no cleaning or changing towels had been rarely acceptable.

Location is good but no service at all. The main reason of choosing this hotel is because of the room with air conditioning but when we arrived, they said it is not opened. We have to open the window for ventilation but the street downstairs is busy with noisy.

If you go to Paris for Shopping then this is the place to stay. It's a hop, Skip & Jump from Galleries Lafayette and Printemps! A short walk from Madeleine and Opera Garnier - you're in the heart of the city! Facilities include a well stocked service apartment. A clean and well thought out layout of the rooms was very much welcome. I would highly recommend this for families and larger groups who want to stay together.

"Great hotel with modern comforts of home"”
Having been to Paris a few times, we really enjoyed our stay this visit. The apartment hotel surely broke the grind of the usual small rooms in the opera district. Internet service was efficient. we had a few nicely cooked meals. There was in-house laundry. Surely a different feel and atmosphere compared with a regular hotel. It was very close to shopping, eating, Galleries Lafayette and also had a mini market right behind the hotel.

This is best ever accomodation after lots of sleepless night research! Silly me only found out the best way to get here from gare du nord,which I failed to see from website/blogs. We took the complicated way to avoid the notorious chatelet/les halles metro. It was hilariously back breaking pushing /tagging our huge luggage up down steep stairs. Paris station lacks facilities. One thing I learnt- parisian men aren't helpful-no one offered to help with luggage! compared to the English gentlemen! There were alays offering help at every tube stairs! So all of you vacationers, best way to get here is... Take st lazare haussmann from gare du nord! It takes you right there, no stairs to struggle with!Other sites only mentioned auber/opera/havre caumartin. I got room 303 a studio unit, facing pharmacie/C&A/street view. You can also opt for courtyard view which is quieter. But , hey ,it 's gay paree! You live in midst of everything. Location is great, everything is around you. Staffs were marvellous &helpful. Lucille was there most of the time during our stay. But they speak English well, no worries, though I tried to practise my french! Kitchen was well equipped, monoprix is round the corner. We cooked most meals, enjoyed ourselves. It was a gratifying &enjoyable stay for us. Will definitely be back!

We love this hotel very much. Located in the central of Paris. It is convenient for visitors to walk to the Museum of Louver, Opera house and Department stores. There are many supermarkets surrounded this hotel. We will choose this hotel again if we visit paris again!

Good but expensive”
Location was great being down a relatively quiet road but still next to Opera and Galeries Lafayette. Most tourist things to do are within walking distance or short trip on the metro. Staff were friendly and efficient, accommodating us when we arrived early. We had a 1 bedroom apartment between 4. It was quite nice and spacious. However the sofa bed is difficult to set up and is essentially 2 single beds next to each other, we were only provided with 1 pillow between 2. The toilet and bathroom could do with a little more looking after. Paint was chipping off the walls and the handle hanging off the toilet door. At £360 for one night, this is expensive even for Paris. Be aware you are paying for the location more than anything as we didn't even get breakfast included with that.

Nice stay in an apartment near shopping areas!”
We reaches at 1pm plus but still wasn't able to check in. They only allow check in after 3pm. We are able to leave our luggage in a room, but we got to do it ourselves. We are given the key to put in the luggage room, which meant a lot of ppl would be able to access to the room as they doesn't check who goes into the luggage room. Room wise, there's a small kitchen with all necessary items for cooking so highly recommended for ppl on long vacation in Paris and sick of food there and wanted cook a few meals there. Apartment is near the roissybus but we requested for the hotel to help us call for a cab which would cost 65eur. However when we reach the airport, the taxi driver said we will need to pay additional 15eur for the luggages, and said the hotel staff always forget about this portion. Not too sure whose info is right, nevertheless, we wouldn't want to lug our luggages to take the roissybus

this is my second time of staying in this serviced apartment, i think i will still stay in this serviced apartment for my next visit to paris, there are nice ladies in the front dest and the hotel is located in a perfect area for everything such as shopping or sign seeing or else. nice kitchen applicance and toilet/shower service applied. It will be even perfect if the internet access been more faster and stabled.

Large room n clean”
The hotel is just next to the department stores which is convenient for shopping. Also, just 1 mins to metro station. The room is very large with 2 floors. However, it is not suitable for elderly or disabled. There is an open kitchen for cooking with many cooking utensils. One cons is the air- con was weak.

Beautiful location”
Very good location near all the buses near metro .The studio is clean but if you are staying one week they will clean it for u only every sunday and if you want to change your towels u need to pay .we told them that our air condition is not working we stayed all the week waiting to be fixed but they did not fix it.i want you to know that the beds are sofa beds and there is no place for more than 2 people.

1. Hotel expected us to set up the Sofa bed by ourselves, and they couldn't provide bed sheet as well, after back and forth around 1 hour, finally they found one for us. 2. No room cleaning service unless you pay extra. There was one vacuum that we could use for cleaning however. 3. Location is great, easy to get to various places in walking distance. Metro, RER and Roissy bus nearby.
