Only issue is the staff should advise uber location before checking in! Address online does NOT allow cars! I only found out on my last day that there is alternative spot for uber pick and drop! Otherwise great!

Located near to Metro Station. Easy to go to major attractions. Not easy for Uber to find the hotel. Use the Esplanade de La Défense Metro Station as guide. Nearest groceries is Carrefour City 250m from hotel. No separate room for 4 pax. 1 twin and 1 sofa bed. If you want more comfortable book for 5/6 pax even for 4 pax so that you get extra room. Can leave luggage upon check out. Better get taxi from reception. Food order even halal available through the special screen stand. I don't recommend you use Uber Eats as they can't find the hotel. Unless you use the Carrefour City as drop off address.

No Value for Money”
Hotel has only one washing machine. So guests would wait in queue to wash clothes. Heating is turned off and doesnt work all night and cannot be controlled from your room. Cleaning of rooms happens every 3 days otherwise you have pay extra charge. You also have to ask them to change towels otherwise they won't change them.

unhelpfull rude racist staff”
hotel is not accecible via road. i came inc ar but had to get off at the parking area from where I had to travel 1 mile up and down 100 stairs to reach hotel. the hotel staff did not help or guide us with location and we had to keep searching for hours. the staff were very rude and racist. the wifi wasnt working, and they refused to give us the password, but other white couple came and they got the pass immediately. Later I complained and then got the password. They did not even show us garbage area or laundry area..

I stayed in Paris for 3 nights.I got early check in which was great for me. I arrived Paris around 6.30 am.Nice staff.And the location was really great. I have been in this area many times before.So I took the train from the airport to Chatelet and from there i took metro to Esplanade metro. from there is only 4 minutes walk. I will stay at this hotel in my next trip to Paris. The room was great and clean.

Almost Perfect”
This is my 2nd time staying in the apartment in space of a month. Very convenient place , located near metro, easy to go to city . Staff are helpful n friendly, rooms are clean and importantly, the air conditioners work well in summer. the facilities are almost perfect except that the shower area may need some safety considerations.

It is a convenient place for travelers who do not care about living in center because it has to take time to go in zone 1, but it’s very near to the subway station. e are four people in this trip and the room fits to us. However, the problem that I found is the broken lock of the restroom door. Oh, remember one thing, it is not a hotel and so, there is no clean service.

Disappointed on my 3rd visit”
I have been to this appartement a few times this year. It’s my first choice when I come to Paris. However, things has change drastically this time round. 1. The room’s sound proofing is non existent, I can hear music and people speaking throughout the night. 2. There is no lighting at the dinning table n the entire room is poorly litted. 3. There is no thrash bins in the room. 4. The shower pressure is low and the temperature control is either too warm or too cold to shower. 5. The reception didn’t bother to tell me anything on the room. 6. The room air condition can’t be controlled and the window is sealed. It was stuffy at times as ventilations is poor. It is so different from the past few visits. Disappointing

Short city break with family”
Driving to the hotel was very difficult. Even the sat Nav found it hard! Arriving late at night was not a good idea. The place is deserted as it is a business district. The chap on reception knew nothing about where to park our car. The website had said parking was at the hotel- which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. However, the parking is simply a 24 hour car park. It cost us 24euros per day- not what we were expecting! Finding the car park itself requires extremely good spatial awareness skills- not recommended for a a novice! We stayed for 4 nights and had no room cleaning- the website said we would get this. Otherwise Our stay was fine. Close proximity to the Metro was key. Being able to travel to the Arc or Eifel Tower within 20 mins was great. Some of the features in the rooms seem way better than 3 stars, but given the space is a little cramped I can understand why it has that rating. We had two apartments next to each other and our kids are over 12. It worked well for us. Might be less good for very young kids. Generally it is a good 'look after yourself' comfortable place to stay, which is away from the hustle and bustle of a very busy city. But if you want to be close to night life then this isn't it.

despite, it's not far from the city center it's very complex to access to the hotel if you driving from the city! other issue was that I needed own bedroom apartment where bedroom is separate from the living room and the other facilities. however what we got was one double bed and sofa bed all together in one big room which is not suitable for a family with older children (wasn't clear in the room description on the website!)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden .Gute Anbindung zur Metro. Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt .Einige Mängel gab es im Zimmer. Kaputter Schrank ,nur 3 Bügel für 2 Personen und Toilettenhalterung müsste erneuert werden.Dafür war das Bad perfekt -neu. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang ermöglichte einen frühen Check-in.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Einkaufszentrum.

Disappointment again”
This is my fourth time staying here, the first two were excellent, the last one was a disappointment but the current one is worst. The smell of cooking is all over the room even I was not doing any cooking. It seems that my room is the outlet of the rest of the room because I can’t smell anything along the corridor but the moment I enter my room, it was full of cooking smell. In addition, the water pressure for the shower is weak and the general cleanliness is so so. The toilet stink even before using and the smell still stay after flushing. The beds are also not comfortable. I think the standard of this apartment is going downhill. I will not visit this hotel again.

Pros. Location is good and near to metro Cons. Service is very very bad. The staff is not polite. They do not see us guest. Not sure if it is based on country we come from. No respect and harsh response. We arrived at 9.30 am and requested them for early check-in at the time of booking itself. They made to wait us until 2.45 pm . They did not even think that we have kids. We were waiting in the small reception and no one checked our. Sure the room is not Available but they did not intent to provide the room. Anything you ask, the first answer is NO. That too, not polite answer. The laundry is not working. When we asked , the answer is “no it will not work during the week. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Good place, centrally located next to Metro station, and near to Carrefour. All perfect. But difficult to find the place.

Big room but far from city”
Apartment is great, facilities inside is complete. Near mall and mini carrefour. Staff is very helpful. Have a foodcourt in the lobby area. And vending machine if you need snack and etc. Problem is Escalator is not working and Lift only one so must carry bag from downstairs to upstairs.

The worst hotel I have been stayed ”
The taxi / car can’t to the front door of the hotel. Only clean up the room one time per week. The hotel and room are very dirty. The photos posted on the agoda website are totally difference as my site visit. It is terrible hotel, please delete this hotel on agoda. Thank for your attention!
