A good hotel, but does not advertise truthfully”

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel! In a great location with beautiful restaurants nearby and very close to the metro station, it's a great base to explore Paris without the usual Parisian price tag. Bercy Village is quite an affluent neighbourhood and is very safe. The rooms feature a fold down bed, which is actually very easy to use and a great way to save space. The kitchenette allows for self catering and provided all the required utensils. The only disappointing factor was that the hotel advertises facilities that it doesn't actually have - for example, when they say air conditioning, they mean a fan and they also lie about having satellite/cable TV (which the staff actually pointed out to us when we asked about the air conditioner not working). Staff are otherwise friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I should return to Paris.

It near the south station and it may be a bit difficult to find the hotel by taxi as we arrived at night time. There is the Bercy Village near by with easily access to restaurant and supermarket by food. The wifi , laundary and in room kitchen facilities are all good and convenient. I feel safe in the hotel as it needs access card to open the main door at night time.

adagio is located between 5 star luxury hotel Pullman and 3 star Ibis, all near bercy village. a good choice for the price, a real value for money. cosy lobby with efficient friendly reception staff. however, the baggage room is self-service (deposit and collection), and is not exactly user-friendly. overall, a nice place to stay for the non-fussy.

Everything was very nice. The room was a bit too small to travel with a small child and the price was a bit too high for the size of the room.

The hotel is great for a short stay”

The hotel was great as its new and clean. Though the room is very small, it's is sufficient for a couple for a short stay. Nicely decorated n equipped with modern facilities and location is great as its next to metro and a street full of restaurants n super mart. It was a good place to nagivate spurns Paris! However we no room service during our 3nights stay which was very weird. We understand its a fuss free hotel n housekeeping is minimal but I think they totally forgot about us! As we are always out of the room , we didn't kick up a fuss about it. But if you really need a lot of service , you will have an issue. We had to clean up after ourselves... Security is also a little lax as we had to store our luggage and it was totally 'self service' walking into the baggage room. Other guest could do the same and thankfully our luggage was still there when we got back. Conclusion , a great place to stay but perhaps not for a longer stay?

Perfect for short business stays in a nice area of Paris

Clean and comfortable room”

The room is clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was a new thing for me but it makes a lot of sense. You can put up the bed in the day and have more room and at night, just pull it down. Bed is comfortable. Mini kitchen is fully equipped. Room is quite new and they recently just replaced the TV for a bigger set. One improvement is that the reception staff can be more helpful as they do not greet you when you walk in and out of the hotel. When I brought my towels to be changed after the 4th day, the staff rudely asked me how many nights we were staying. Other than that, the location is good and there are a lot of good restaurants and a mini supermarket nearby.

The hotel is mins away from Metro, clean and good size. We love the small kitchen which is well equipped. Recommend for people who don’t mind traveling into the City daily.

Studio sympa”

Le studio etait tres sympa mais le menage est à revoir. En effet, nous avons trouvé une petite bête dans la salle de bain et le sol etait "gras" dans la chambre. A se demander si l'aspirateur avait été effectué avant notre arrivée. Les equipements sont en revanche top. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre malgré le réglage de la clim et le matelas un peu trop mou.
