Very clean ”
Coming back to Adamaz after the rush outside was really a balm. The hotel was quiet because its not front and center from the night life. And it was very clean and it does not have the "hotel" smell other hotels have sometimes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. And there's free snacks at the lobby 24/7. You will really get more than you paid for. I hope this won't change because it felt like going home more than going to a hotel after a long day outside. The hotel has this wholesome vibe. Very good for family. Keep it up.

Clean and spacious room at central, yet quiet, location”
We spend our last nights at this hotel. It is very close to the lively street food area but in a quiet alley. Staff was very welcoming and the room was spacious and very clean. There is a small buffet a the entrance of the hotel where you can take a free snack at any given moment.

nearby to great street food and markets, walking distance to the Grand Palace. The staff were very friendly and although hidden down an alley off the main road, was a lovely hotel that was great value!

Staff Kirina and Poo were excellent”
When we arrived at Anamaz House, it was raining and we had to carry our suitcases through less than a meter wide and hundred meter long laneway to reach the reception, so initially we were not very happy. However, there were lots of positives we realised afterwards. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful, everything was close by and free tea and coffee and snacks. We took B524 bus to Chatuchak Weekend Market, then bus 15 to MBK, the bus stops were within couple of minutes’ walk! Phra Athit river boat pier 13 is located within five minutes’ walk. During our stay, we had excellent help and support from two staff at the reception: Kirina and Poo. For the first time travellers, taxi might get quite confused as the hotel entrance is not on the main road. So, the best landmark near the hotel is: Phra Sumen Fort at Phra Athit Road. The hotel is within five minutes’ walk opposite side from the fort towards the Phra Sumen Rd.

Great Location”
Great little spot close to Khao San Road, but far enough away to avoid the noise and annoying aspects. A little tricky to find down the alley at first, but easy enough if you take a Grab car (or whatever transport) to Veggie Veggie by Namo and look for the Adamaz House sign. Room and bathroom were really clean as well.

Original and private bungalow”
The good in this hotel is to book one of the 2 bungalows at the rooftop of the hotel. Cozy corner maintain, and with all facilities ( safety box, fridge, international TV, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom next to the room at open air but good privacy by high wooden sticks the outstanding is the 360 degrees view and a nice place. Also there is a 24 hs buffer with orange juice, coffee and tea plus cookies and some fruits. Negative point.. Not elevator so climb 6 floors by staircase

Great for a few days”
The hotel is situated in a small narrow street, but is nice, clean. The staff is friendly. The hotel is a good choice for a few nights if you need to stay in this area. Sweets, coffee, tea and water are available throughout the day at the reception. Khao San is close but the hotel is quiet and peaceful, suitable for a good night's sleep.

A little hard to find but when found an excellent gem”
Arrived at the evening of second day of Songkran festival, so was soaking wet when we after some research and looking finally found this place... Came into the reception and was immediately given a room on first floor, shortage of rooms in that area during Songkran festival. Had a really good sleep first night as we had flown from Phuket the same day. When we woke up day two we requested to change room, as usually the nightstaff used this room as a resting area. This was no problem, and we packed our bags and went out. When we later came back the staff had moved all our stuff to the new room. Really nothing to complain about here, the beds are great, a bit softer than in other hotels in Krung Thep, a lot of power in the shower, and air condition also makes your stay pleasant, 24/7 complimentary snack in the lobby, toast, jam, some biscuits, fruits and cake, coffee hot and cold water and orange juice. The only little con must be the location, it’s hard to find if you’re not a local, sign out in the road, but you’ll really have to look for it. And also no elevator. Nearby on the other side of the street you got Mad Monkey, and on the same side you got a 7Eleven and KC Guesthouse, so when you see this you’re really close! Thank you for a great stay, great rooms, friendly staff and what more can you request? I don’t need anything else, that’s for sure! We’ll meet next time I’m in Bangkok!

1. A short walk in a narrow alley to Guesthouse from the main street. Not a problem. It's safe. 2. Room clean with comfy bed. 3. Staff friendly and polite. 4. Near to Street food and Khaosan Road night life. Quiet place for a Good sleep. 5. Highly Recommended Stay when in Khaosan.

A great place to stay off the beaten path”
This is my 4th stay at Adamaz House . It was great, as always!. I asked for a low level room and it wasn't available the first night but they gave me a second floor room the next day and they did the move. Thank you Adamaz staff. They are all so nice

This hotel is convinience for travellers and who need to attend meeting or any business at government office. Good service, staff are friendly and snack, hot drinks (coffee, tea etc), some of cold drinks are available 24/7. I really like this place:)

Pros. Close to everything. Friendly staff. Good wifi. Vèry clean. Cons No lift. Mosque next to hotel playing religious music on loadspeakers at various times ie 5am Requested room away from music on check-in instead got a room directly across from mosque.

Value for money with clean environment and good location. We didn't find it a problem but some people might be a little apprehensive about allyway leading to the entrance to the hotel.. However it was well lit and other hotel shared same allyway.

Debatable Location ”
The hotel itself is good, clean and tidy. The staff ore OK i like the complimentary treats at the reception. The down side is the location, its debatable, because the hotel is near amazing places. But to enter the hotel you have to go through a dark, narrow and uncomfortable ally. Also the balcony opened on a tree.

Perfect for muslims, you can hear the guy from the mosque screaming at the microphone while lying on your bed and alcohol is prohibited in the hotel and, of course, smoking is also not allowed. The staff is charming, except one guy at the front desk. When you arrive the room and the bathroom are clean, then, they will not clean anymore untill you ask for (we stayed three nights without any housekeeping). They provide free snacks, coffee and tea at the front desk, AC, TV, refrigerator, safety box and comfy bed, nevertheless not any small table beside our bed. Our bedroom was beside a broom closet, let us hearing the housekeeper in action in the morning and we also heard people stepping the stairs of the building as there is no lift.
