Convenient location with friendly staff.”

The staff go out of their way to help you. Hotel is near the tram stop.

The staff at Comfort Hotel Adelaide Riviera went out of their way to help me e.g. used their computer to confirm my airline ticket, choose my seat and print my boarding pass. Also happy to call taxis and to give advice on locations of attractions, shops etc. My room was spotless and the bed very comfortable and the room was quiet. I would be most happy to stay there again.

Well Located”

The Adelaide Riviera proved to be a good find. Well located with the tram passing the front door makes all areas of the city easy to access. The rooms were reasonably spacious clean and had good sized bathrooms. Having a secure parking space behind the hotel was a bonus. And the lounge room with constant tea and coffee available made for a welcoming feel. Would choose to stay here again if visiting Adelaide in the future.

Excellent value accommodation”

This is my second time at the Comfort Riviera, both times for a week to attend a conference at the nearby Adelaide Convention Centre. The pro's; well located hotel, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable sized room, very reasonably priced. The con's; not much-a little tired, the bathroom floor is about 4cm higher than the room floor and has a hard edge that is not at all forgiving.

My Stay”

The staff, The Staff, The Staff

I stayed at this hotel 3 times in 2 weeks because I come from Darwin and I had to have a medical procedure done in Adelaide. From the moment I walked into the hotel foyer on the first trip until I left after the last trip the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They went out of their way to make my stay as easy as possible. The rooms were very comfortable and exactly what I needed. Once again thank you to the staff and if I need to return to Adelaide in the future I will be staying at this hotel.

Comfortable and peaceful hotel”

1. Room layout and spacious. 2. Excellent Check-in and Check-out service 3. Ms. Karen is an excellent front office cum reception staff were incredible. World Class receptionist

It was marvelous. I have stayed in this hotel 2 years ago during my last visit in Adelaide. It has improved tremendously in term of service and good housekeeping. I was greatly impressed by the good gesture of Ms Karen on arrival at the reception. I was exhausted and sleepy after a long flight from Kuala Lumpur arriving Adelaide very early dawn. staff could understand my dire need granted me an early check-in at about 9am without much hassle. She makes my 5 nights stay in Comfort hotel one that is memorable. The hotel has within easy access to CDB and the Convention Centre. The room and toilet was clean and spacious. Housekeeping service was excellent. I will definitely come back to this hotel without question the next time I'm in Adelaide. The hotel rate is reasonable and I will not hesitate to recommend that this is a fantastic hotel, for whatever reason your visit in Adelaide is, is the hotel not to oversight.

Good value and great location”

The hotel and the rooms are not as pretty as shown in the photos but it is very clean and all toiletries are provided for. The room is huge for 4 of us. There is complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits provided, free wifi and the location is near to Rundle Mall. Could not ask for more for the kind of price I paid for 3-night stay. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Adelaide next time.

Comfortable Comfort Inn.”

Location, price, proximity to the workplace I was contracted to.

I have stayed here before with a business group but this time I was travelling alone. I did not spend much time in the room due to work commitments but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to Hindley St which is Adelaide's main retail, nightlife and food precinct. It is situated on North Terrace which borders the University of SA campus and it is only a short walk to Adelaide Oval or many other points of interest on North Terrace like Adelaide Casino, Parliament House, State Theatre, Convention Centre, Government House and the National War Memorial.

Comfort Hotel”

•location •staff •reasonable price

I arrived late Saturday night and the receptionist couldn't find the key to my room, so without hesitation upgraded my room (free of charge). The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and well located. I would have appreciated room service, or a restaurant that served dinner as I hadn't had dinner and didn't want to wander aimlessly around Adelaide in search of food. I solved this with a packet of chips from the mini bar (always an expensive option). Check out was proficient and quick, which was appreciated by my not so awake 4:30am self. Would definitely stay there again, although will plan for dinner beforehand!!

Nice hotel, comfort and clean”

Quiet and comfort

This hotel locate near Adelaide rail way station and shopping mall, just 10 minutes walk. There's free bus every 15 minutes at the bus stop across hotel to go to the museum, university, or city center. Tram station to the beach is next to hotel too. It's clean and far from noisy pub. To the airport is easy by SkyLink shuttle bus. However, it's too quiet at night to walk along the street alone.

pleasant stay albeit with a few minor issues.”

Location, cleanliness, helpful reception

I went to Adelaide for Football (soccer) to watch Adelaide United vs Sydney FC. Location was awesome, about a 5 min walk from Adelaide station, trams, Exhibition centre and near Hindley street. about a 10 min drive from Coopers stadium, and the post-match pub we drunk at was like 500 metres down the road. as for the hotel itself, clean room, friendly staff at Reception. I didn't have any time to try the restaurant. few minor issues, walls are very thin, i got woken up by people talking next door. and there were 2 instructions for Wi-fi set up which was very confusing, i ended up paying $15 for wi-fi when i didnt have to (there's 200mb for free). overall though was a good stay.

Location, transport just outside and quiet location.

Trams just outside the front door. Great to get to the entertainment centre or back into main part of the city. Room was big enough for the two of us considering all you do is sleep there. Will definately stay here again when in Adelaide and great price for location.

Generally, the location was good (close to Adelaide Convention Centre and restaurants) and the staff were friendly. The condition of the room was quite clean. The downside of the room is that the walls are thin so sometimes you could hear the people in your neighboring rooms. Also, the water pressure for the shower is low but not too bad.

Room with a view”

Good modern clean rooms, fascinating view from the window

Loved the view from the fourth floor window, across Adelaide western suburbs, aircraft coming and going from the Airport, interstate trains including The Ghan, long goods trains, suburban trains, an amazing display of Taxis (50 in ten minutes, hardly any other cars at 4 am on Sunday morning). Interesting spectacle when the sun rises from behind, as the world lights up like a theatre set. Location a little obviously on the edge of the city, but tram stop not far away, city centre an enjoyable walk. Rooms rather sparsely equipped (no microwave oven, just a kettle, clothes line and iron, only a few coat-hangers!) With a slightly lower price, this hotel deserves to fill up!
