Home away from home.”
1) Rooms were huge compared to other places. You get a kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet and balcony all in this 50 square meters and it doesn't feel cramped at all. 2) Washing machine, fridge and microwave is provided so you can pack light and warm your food conveniently. 3) Toilet is spacious with bathtub and powerful showerhead. 4) Room was clean 5) Facilities such as swimming pool and gym was great which included treadmills/dumbbells. 6) 10 minute walk away from BTS Thonglor. 7) 7-11 just a minute walk away During the entire stay, the reception staffs greeted me with a huge smile on their faces everytime I pass by and they were quick to provide me with any help/requests I made. It was one of the most pleasant stay I had in Bangkok so far, mostly because of all the staffs, not forgetting the cleaning ladies too. Thank you Adelphi Forty Nine and I will definitely be back soon. I would highly recommend this place to everyone out there looking for a place that feels like home.

A Real Gem in the Heart of Bangkok”
This serviced apartment may look unassuming from the outside but punches way above its weight in the all-important 3 Cs - comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. While the suite was not large, it was well designed and more than adequate for a couple. The bathroom and amenities were very impressive, complete with a Japanese-style toilet , a rain shower, a tub, and plenty of hot water to enjoy a long soak. We especially appreciated the stocked kitchenette and the high-quality Samsung washer / dryer provided in our room. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of tasty Asian dishes offered each day along with the usual Western fare. The gym was small but well stocked and maintained. We also accidentally left behind some food items in the fridge after checking out, and the staff returned them to us unopened hours later. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adelphi Forty Nine and won't hesitate to book again!

The best hotel Apartment in Bangkok we have ever stayed in. Will definitely stay here again in the future. It is located at a quiet street away from the busy streets. Close to 7-11 and Thonglo BTS. With a kitchenette and washing Machine. Bathroom is amazing with Japanese technology toilet and warm seat. Daily cleaning. A gym and a great swimming pool. Card only security to use the Elevator. Breaksfast was sufficient, And the internet was top notch! We stayed from 31st January to 5th February 2019. Glad we chose this place. feels like home. Thank you adelphi forty nine.

Great serviced apartment, kind staff, and good location”
This is a great serviced apartment for short or long stays. My entire trip was 4 weeks in Bangkok and I stayed 16 night here. It's very conveniently located to Samitivej Hospital, the BTS train station, and in an upscale area of Bangkok, which has lots of amenities nearby. Room size is decent, kitchen is sufficient, the 2-in-1 washer/dryer came in very handy. Reception and cleaning staff were amazing. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would stay here again!

The Adelphi Forty Nine is fab! My wife and I stayed there recently for a couple of nights and we were so impressed. From the minute we arrived we were impressed by everything at this hotel. ALL the staff were so friendly and attentive, they really couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you Rainny on reception. The reception is very modern and spotless. Lifts are key card protected so everything is very secure. We were in an executive suite on the seventh floor and it was fantastic. The gym is great, the pool is great. Breakfast is excellent.

Exceeded expectations”
We booked this room on the recommendation of a friend due to the location right by the BTS train stop and affordable price. We couldn't believe how modern the room was and how professional the staff were. The hotel had all facilities we asked for; pool, gym, free breakfast and free wifi. There was even a washer/dryer in the room so we didn't have to bring home any dirty laundry. Highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to booking again in the future.

This hotel is a little gem,I’ve stayed bkk many time but stayed in high end hotels,found this hotel on Agoda,rooms are lovely very clean,separate living area,open plan kitchen with washing machine,cooker kettle toaster. I really enjoyed this place. Perfect location and very friendly staff. Room had a nice balcony with birds singing in the morning. Overall very clean. Room is fully equipped and quiet. No noisy housekeeping. Highly recommended for people having some work to do. I wouldnt hesitate to book again. Two thumbs up.

Relaxing room well appointed suite”
We had a one bedroom suite which was excellent. The staff were so friendly and professional. The pool area was great, though the pool water may need some attention to filtration. Room was quiet and exceptionally clean. If you are vegetarian the breakfast will be lacklustre, but otherwise quite decent if you eat meat and seafood.

Very nice place to have a long stay. Not so far from the main road to get around and not too close from the main road to hear noise from the busy street. The big room is very comfortable and very clean. So is the bathroom. It has pantry and sofa to sit around. All and all, very homey.

Great Value for your money ”
Great hotel. All suites... Not too big, not too small. Very spacious sweets. I love the gym and the rooftop pool. The staff was amazing, especially Ms. Yui. I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and recently when I stayed there she remembered me. It's not a big deal, but it meant a lot to me that she remembered me, because she made an impression on me being so helpful the last time I was there. Breakfast is included and the breakfast buffet is top notch I highly recommend this place.. 5 stars

A nice hotel located close to BTS Thong Lo”
Adelphi 49 is a nice hotel located within walking distance from BTS Thong Lo on a nice and quiet side street. Room-wise, it is more like an apartment than a hotel and comes with a washing machine in addition to a mini-kitchen equipped with various utensils such as a microwave should one wish to do some simple cooking. The hotel also provides its guests access to a decent swimming pool and a basic gym at the top floor. Overall, I'd recommend this property.

I stayed for 2days in December. Most of all, all the staff were very kind and friendly. And I was happy that the living room and the room were separated. There is a washing machine in the living room, so you can wash simple stuff as well. I highly recommend this hotel for the travelers.

Perfect boutique hotel for comfortable stay”
It's great for travelers like me who looks for calm, cozy, comfortable, fully facilitated (like a kitchen, big bathroom and bath tub, laundry, separate bedroom and living room, etc.), and crystal clean place to stay. Staff were super kind and helpful. They took care not only of booking taxi, but arrangement for day trips! I was alone from extended stay after business trip and didn't research on the attractions well enough, but they gave me every kinds of necessary guidance/advices on the sightseeing. Really appreciated. I will deff stay this hotel again next time in Bangkok!
