Best Beach for Kid ”
Initially, I was furious and disliked this hotel because it provides almost no good service. For at least a week, the room had not been cleaned. I stayed here for four days and no one came to clean up. I had to keep requesting that someone come in. I also took out the garbage by myself. However............ the beach is so nice. The external is good, the hotel is very bad. Do not expected clean room, go DIY buy some tools and cleaning up the room by yourself. And you will feel much better. Swimming pool very dirty because many people just jump into it without swimming attires. Well... again, when i feel bad, i go to the beach. the beach and the puteh restaurant and bar make me happy.

It is a revamped hotel but i guess they did well at that. I stayed in chalet. The surrounding is very nice, u can stroll around their garden to go to the beach. Room is clean, breakfast is good. Recommended!

The room rates are good. Adequate parking spaces & the resort compound is clean. The 3-storey building has elevator. The room is clean. The room size is okay. The tv, air-conditioning & water heater functioning. Swimming pool is clean & well-maintained. Breakfast assortments are adequate & quite good tasting. The beach is very near to the hotel. No gymnasium, but there are facilities for beach volleyball & football. Although not the best hotel in the area, i think it's value for money.

The room very spacious and comfy.The breakfast need to be improved .However i like the yummy omelette served by the resort staff ...The line of machine card need to be improved also because when i pay by debit card the line is very slow.The beach was clean and beautiful..The resort room would be better if they provide the mini fridge and mirror..But the beach was clean and beautiful.U can access the beach at evening and at the night too .Im very love it!!U can also bring the ball and play volleyball with ur friends..A lot of restaurants available nearby the resort like Jembal Seafood and their food is very very nice ....

Best place to stay”
Everything was good except for the towels. The towels are smelly and i recommend u guys to bring your own towel if necessary. Overall cleanliness of the room i would give 7/10 cause there still have dust and i think they didnt mop the floor. Environment was good, staff good, breakfast was good, they served nasi tomato, lontong, mi goreng, porridge and i love the omelet.

The best resort so far. Love the pool and beach. Very clean and quite spacious. Enjoyed our stay here. However, the atv area are not suitable. It should not be in front of the resort because family with young kids like us having trouble to cross the atv area to go the beach. Its quite dangerous for young kids to be playing sand near the beach in front of the resort. Atv should be place at the side area.

Breakfast byk variety of food, rasa tu okay jela. Bilik not bad, luas jgk. Can tambah extra tilam(rm50/pax) inc bfast. Extra bed can add on also rm80 per pax inc bfast. Pantai bersih lawa, ada aktiviti seperti atv & banana boat. Atv rm50 for 30 mins. Pool besar tp time i datang, kids pool tak open, so sad. Overall, this place is good for those yg nak dtg dgn family. Utk cari dinner pun byk restoran menarik. You guys can try balok planet seafood restaurant, makan sedap harga okay. Sekian review sis! 😂

The resort is really good and very nicely located. The Beach is very clean and the main attraction point is the beach side bar. It really was amazing with great music. Nice place to chill out till late evening. During our two nights stay, there was a fire show going on at the bar. It was one of the best I have ever seen. The performers were just great. Hats off to them. Would love to visit again soon.

Bersih sgt. Baik. Pantas bertindak. Paling tak best cafe. Additional RM2 for each menu for room delivery. No menu given in room. Kami dah walk in ke cafe, tekan loceng dan jerit2 tiada org. Tanya reception boleh order dari bilik. Tanpa bagitau ada additional charge each menu, not per delivery. Bila call, staff cafe bgtau tadi semua tiada di cafe. Tgh kemas stor. Komplen tak dipeduli tetap charge. Swimming pool wajib baju renang. Pantai selamat dan sgt bersih.

It is nice location which close to Kuantan town just take around 20-25mins and near to Cherating as well. The best is their beach. Adena got nice & friendly staff. Their chalet is nice as well and very comfortable. Good to bring the family. Would like to coming back again.

Strategic location”
Located at beach front, easily accessible. Plenty of activities like atv, horse riding & banana boat. Gets quite crowded over the weekend as this is among the most preferred resord in Pantai Balok. Well maintained facilities. Just need to improve on dining/breakfast that quite boring.

Worth stay and beautiful place”
It is nice staying here for 2days 1 night with my family. With the location close to Kuantan Town just takes 20-25mins only and it makes our travel much easier. Their beach is beautiful and got many beach activities. I love their staff attitude. Very nice and friendly to assist me in everything I needed during my stay. Would love to coming back again.

Personally, everything was superb. Just only tiny thing i would like to comment which is the breakfast. Just so so. But it doesn't effect me much. Just I was not satisfied with the food and cereals. The place is nice which by the pool. You can eat unsatisfied food with good view and mood. Thank you.

Beautiful resort with private beach”
The hotel offered a relaxing place away from the bustle of the city and the hectic lifestyle of KL. Make a great place for a weekend getaway. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, especially Hakim who helped us with everything. They have a beautiful beach bar called Puteh that serves a wide range of food and drinks. Highly recommended!
