These fully-equipped executive apartments in Perth's city center are excellent for families and long-stay guests. Providing modern, spacious suites in the central business district, the Adina Apartment Hotel Perth Barrack Plaza has all the right equipment for a comfortable holiday - full kitchens, laundry facilities, separate sleeping quarters, and new interiors. Located by Hay Street Mall, shopping and dining options are close at hand, and a Woolworths supermarket is around the corner for self-cooking supplies. For getting around Perth, the train station is about two minutes away on foot, while the ferry wharf and palm-dotted river's edge are just at the end of the road. All things considered, Adina Apartment Hotel Perth Barrack Plaza is excellently located, well appointed, and reasonably priced.

Very nice and comfortable stay”
We had a great stay in adina apartment hotel perth. The room was large and cosy, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is really good, right smack in the middle of the perth city and just walking distance from north bridge. They also have parking lots which you have to reserve before hand. One thing to note now is that the entrance of the carpark could be quite tight now as there are some construction nearby, got to be careful. Besides that, we were allocated a space and there are lifts that take us right to our floor with a key card from the carpark. There is quite alot of privacy which we like very much. The room is very well equipped and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we come visit perth.
I like Adina...”
First of all, I want to clarify that in a span of 4 months, I stayed in Adina (Barrack Plaza) a total of 3 times. First time was in Sep 2015 for 2 nights, second time in Dec for 1 night and third time in Dec again for 4 nights (just 2 weeks apart in Dec 2015)!!! So I guess you know how much I like Adina. It's not the hotel per se but the brand of Adina. I usually stay in the one bedroom apartment with its kitchenette and laundry facilities. Each time I stayed, I have not been disappointed. I mean, there were little hiccups here and there (e.g. towels changed on the day I didn't request for change and towels not changed on the day I requested room to be made up) but seriously, nothing major. In addition, I am really impressed by one staff at reception. She actually remembers my name (first name, not just my family name!) when I returned two weeks later (Note: I had already checked in when she came to work in the afternoon and she greeted me when I came back from outside and I did not go near reception at all). Considering that she sees so many guests and probably lots of Asian guests every day, I was really surprised that she remembers me and know my name. Unfortunately, I did not get her name there and then and subsequently did not see her for the rest of my stay. I guess she was on leave from Christmas onwards as she mentioned something about New Year and I told her I would have left Perth by then and will not be back in Perth for the immediate future. So yes, besides the brand of Adina and great location, my stay has been made more memorable by people like that one staff at reception! Note: I did not dine at Adina and am unable to comment on the food. So giving a neutral rating of 3...
Superb hotel for Muslim and non Muslim alike”
Superb accommodation. Friendly staff and quick services. Location is splendid because its just a minute walk to the shopping area - Barrack Street and Hay Street ,and Perth Underground station. For muslim visitors, there is a Lebanese restaurant just across the street, and a number of muslim food outlets within less than 5 minutes walk of the hotel. My only complaint, maybe , is the shower water pressure is not that great . Highly recommended.
Great Location & Large Rooms but parking problems”
Overall our stay was pleasant. The apartment was spacious, quite new in appearance with fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor swimming pool, sauna & gym. Located right next to the Hay street mall. Hotels in Perth are expensive but we booked our room for $170 a night as part of a 20% discount deal & that's great value in Perth. Although we had booked car parking as well & were told on arrival there was no parking left for us even though we had booked already. They told us to park around the corner which cost us $42 and there was only 2 bays on busy Barrick street out the front to use as a loading Zone which one was taken by a Taxi & the other was constantly full. My partner had to do laps of the city for 30min before he could stop to load the car as we were not dragging all our luggage through the city to the public car bay.
Great location, nice rooms and complete amenities”
this was our first visit to perth. i attended a conference at the convention centre. we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 6 nights. there's 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 small children. the apartment was very comfortable. the kitchen is fully equipped. woolworths is only a short stroll, so we bought all our groceries and cooked during our stay. since we stayed for 6 days, it's definitely helpful to have a laundry facilities as well. overall, we had a good time staying here and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a comfy apartment, in a strategic location.
Excellent location; large aptment; value for money”
We stay at Adina for two nights and basically it has everything!! The hotel is centrally located---when you're at the museum & arts gallery, you can see Adina; when you're at Bell tower, you can see Adina. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen (even with oven and dish washer); washing machine and dryer; dining table; balcony; gym facility and pool. Pool is a bit small though. Room is clean and bed is superB. The room has cable Internet; however wifi is only free for 30min which is a minus point. Overall, Adina is super value for money!
Convenient CBD location”
Our stay was for work and the usual hotel that we stay at has closed down so we needed to find a new place to stay. The location of the Adina apartments was good for looking around the CBD between meetings. Heaps of restaurants within walking distance. Room was comfy and clean. View was non existent but we weren't there to stay in our room we had work to do and a city to explore! The road works out the front of the building were a bit of a challenge to find the car park but the staff helped us out and explained the way :) Will definitely consider staying again if we have to go to Perth again.
A great end to our trip”
We stayed here on the last 2 nights of our trip to Perth. The apartment had a lot of space, a corner for each person to own. The rooms were big, and the toilets were very well-equipped as well. The living room space was nice for the 4 of us, and everything was really comfortable. My only gripe would be the parking area. There may not be space for you to park your vehicle if you're unlucky! Good thing for us, there was a cancellation, and we managed to get a lot. But the location of the car park was not easy to find, and we had to pass through 2 gates that opened really slowly. But overall, a really nice stay! Our family could imagine living in this hotel, and we would be very happy to come back again.
Excellent room and facilities in great location”
the room was excellent. really spacious with all the facilities we needed. the room had a fully fitted kitchen and has a supermarket nearby, allowing us to cook meals in our room. balcony was also really big. hotel has a nice pool and a gym although we didnt get time to use these. the hotel is located very centrally. less than 5 minutes walk to main shopping areas and only 10 minutes to the boat terminal where you can catch a boat to fremantle. overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel due to the spacious and comfortable rooms, the facilities available and the great location. the reception staff were also really friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early on arrival and organising a taxi for us to the airport on departure. if i visit perth again, i will definitely stay here and i will be recommending this hotel to friends.
Great location, great staff and well equipped room”
It was a really pleasant stay. Everyone of the staff was helpful, always smile and greet us by our names. The apartment is well equipped with full kitchen and even come with washing machine and dryer. The location is just great. Short walking distance to all amenities. Restaurants are literally by your doorstep. With Perth's main shopping malls just 1 minute's walk away. My family enjoyed the stay very much and we will choose this hotel again when we return to Perth
Solid Serviced Apartment type Accommodation”
I was happy with this accommodation, while not top end, it was certainly better than some others I have stayed in, so I am giving it a "solid" rating! I was struggling to get rooms & this hotel/serviced apartment was able to provide a good solution - 10 nights accommodation when there were very few other "decent" options. I stayed for 10 nights, and because it included a dining area, kitchenette, desk, lounge/tv area, bathroom & bedroom ... I had plenty of space to do my own thing .... work, relax, sleep, work ... The washer/dryer was used for my personal light load washing, and external laundry was available for the more substantial stuff. I stashed the refrigerator with my preferred snacks & drinks & breakfasts & used the toaster & microwave, I really did not test the other in house gear. I used my own wifi connection to the aussie telco telstra, rather than suffer the usual hotel charges for connectivity. I did use the gym, simple but fine, and with a view of the road ... nice. Location was fantastic in several regards (at the end of Murray street mall, the free CAT bus service was just across the road, the Perth train station is just around the corner, lots of late night food shops in the vicinity (light food rather than quality restaurants)). Challenging, was the unusual shops on the same section of road (peep shows), but not much else. It was mid winter, and the weather was cool but usually blueish skies, so nice, and there were a lot of people doing their thing, so it had a good community feel. All hotels in Perth are priced NUTTY, but given this, this hotel was a decent value in the expensive Perth market place. I would stay here again, but in Perth I think you only get to choose from a limited number of available hotels, and if this place is available, I know I am covered!
Adina @ Barrack Street”
Stayed there for 4 nights. Hotel was good. Booked a family room with kitchenette which was well equipped. TV channels seemed limited especially for a 4 star hotel. Room service was good. Staff were polite and helpful especially Abi and later Era (indonesian lady). The only comment is the parking charges of $30/- which I felt is too much. Another issue is the availability of parking lots. Fortunately I had to park the rented car for 1 day so it's not so bad and Abi helped me to secure a parking lot. The hotel does not provide toothbrush and paste. For guys, u may have to get your own shaver. Rooms are refreshed daily and there are complimentary beverage packets. It's a good hotel especially for family with children as you can enjoy the stay together in Perth city centre.
Medina Barrack Plaza - Home from Home in Perth”
Good quiet Central location. All areas of the apartment were very clean well laid out spaces. Kitchen had everything you could want to selfcater but the Hotel also has takeaway delivery service from local restauarants if you don't want to cook. Free to use washing machine and dryer were much appreciated and well used. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definately book here again if back in Perth.
Really nice hotel, very clean, great services”
Enjoyable, i spent a lot of time in my room as perth is very quiet. I think the pricing of Bar 138 wad ridiculoud and did not eat there at all. Will use Agoda and Adina services again
Perfect Getaway!”
this is the perfect getaway for the weekend! strongly recommend this apartment. right in the heart of city perth. friendly and efficient reception. i was upgraded to a premium 1 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. will definitely recommend and be back again! thank you.
Excellent Location, Free Wifi”
Stayed for 5 nights at the premier 2 bedrooms apartment. Very spacious living and dining area with kitchen, king size bed in each room and a huge bathroom. Full equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. Free wifi Shopping malls and lots of eateries (Petition Kitchen & Mary Street Bakery highly recommended) are just a stone throw away. Near to Bell Tower, Perth Mint, Watertown Outlet Mall and Blue Boat House. However do note that there is a AUD$30 parking fee per day per car. Shower head is fixed to the wall, therefore its tough to shower for babies. Overall good experience and will recommend to others.
Excellent location”
In the vicinity to many sites in Perth, enabling us to use Adina as a base to walk, tram, train or even day tour. Staff were helpful. Facilities were complete with washer, dryer and dishwasher. However they are not in tip top condition. At the end of the day though, we come back to a clean room. Suitable for families who need space. Price is appropriate. Will return.
Thank you for a fabulous stay!”
Location was perfect, close to shopping, eating places, bus stops & train station. Felt safe when you get back late as you need to tap the key card to access and in the hotel lobby. The room is lovely & spacious & clean, however can i suggest to replace the bathroom fixture as its a bit old. Arrived at about 8am in the morning, however I've requested to check in early but its not available yet, totally understood as they need to clean the room. But I mentioned to the front desk to let us know once its available as my sisters & I are very tired after the flight. We sat at the lobby at about 1pm, the front desk personnel didn't even approach us and say the room is ready. We had to approach them again to check. Anyway we had a nice experienced during check out with the hotel manager Melissa :) , thank you & good job! We've strongly recommended Adina to our friends and we will be back again :)
fantastic location”
clean rooms, nice living room to laze around with the family. in the midst of perth cbd and within walking distance to restaurants and swan bells. only downside is there is only 1 bathroom in the apartment for the whole family. otherwise it is value for money!
Location is superb, very convenient. ”
We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Very good location, close to everything, shopping area is just 2 min walk away, opposite Perth train station and free CAT bus. Very comfortable apartment with good facilities. However the housekeeping did a rough job on one of the days we stayed, left the dishes uncleaned, did not refill the toilet roll, left rubbish on the floor. Other than that, it's as good as you can get for the price you paid.
