SMART VILLA FRIENDLY STAFF”
Stayed for 2N. Smart villa indeed! Equipped with Alexa for lights, aircon and amenities control. The TV can stream netflix, youtube and capable of screen mirroring. Sunshade was remote controlled. We had the corner most villa (Delta) which had the most privacy and quietest. Check-in check-out process was a breeze, instructions were clear. Rindy was very helpful and friendly. The villa had a plunge pool (1.5m) and an outdoor bathtub. The villa was a loft with bedroom on the upper level. There was a water dispenser in the villa too. Save the hassle to buy bottles of water. Highly recommended for a Canggu stay. Can easily GrabCar around Canggu. Note: Traffic in Canggu was much jammed up compared to other towns (Kuta, Seminyak) as Canggu was mostly single lane. Walking can be challenging as there were limited proper foot pavement.

Beautiful cozy villa”
Super nice staff with spacious, bright and clean rooms. Bathroom was big and clean as well. The room had slight pipe smell from time to time. Other than that was pretty amazing overall. Overlooks a giant ricefield from the communal space. Stunning view.

Such a nice Villa and the staff was amazing!”
The room was very beautiful and nice, the staff was amazing, they treated us so kindly, we felt like family. I got very sick at our last day and they offered me a pot of tee and tried everything to make me feel a little better. The location was great too, if u use a scooter u get to the beach in less than 8 minutes, if you are walking it takes about 25 minutes but you will come across a so many nice restaurants and bars, which u may not notice, when you are driving by scooter. We would definitely come back, we had a great time at the villa!

Good for the price”
My only complaint would be that the sliding doors weren't sealed and we could hear everyone outside in the pool area or other people in the guesthouse walking past our room. Thankfully the villa is far away from the road so it wasnt too bad though. The rooms and everything else was very nice and worth the price. Location is perfect

Steps, bugs and bs”
Steps, bugs and bs are the themes here, though I’ll try to be fair given it’s otherwise nice, and the staff were kind, but I wouldn’t stay again. The resort is on the side of a mountain and there are 150+ steps between rooms and reception, unless you pay for one of the overpriced villas, then its only 70 steps. The place is full of bugs, centipedes mostly, it’s the jungle, it’s to be expected, but it is a lot, they litter every surface and will be in your room, other resorts will likely have a better handle on this, a cockroach jumped on my girl in the middle of the night while we slept. There was a big rain while I was outside one day, I came home to 100+ flying ants in my bed because the cleaners turned the lights and AC on while I was outside. Staff handled the situation poorly until I got the manager involved, they repeatedly claimed they were fully booked, that no other rooms were available, even though the place was basically empty, and that they would clean the room. There was no way that room was going to be habitable that night, it needed pest control. The manager did eventually upgrade us to a different room, with a private pool, and while that was appreciated, it should not have required I escalate my complaint, and ground staff should not be lying to guests. The road to the resort is long and full of pot holes, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re riding a scooter with a sensitive passenger or poor vehicle control, also make sure to take the long way (use the car directions) if you're heading towards the yellow bridge, because the bike route suggested is awful. The breakfast is decent, the pool is good, the view is nice, the bedsheets could have been better, and the steps were a hassle, ultimately I’ll stay anywhere else next time, I feel lucky they didn’t push through with having us sleep in the ant room.

So far was a pleasant stay. Staff is very nice, but not very professional. Often lots of staff on villa, so they loud chatting with each other. Another issue is a really bad cleaning service. Good location, cozy interior (except bad idea of fridge location next to a bed).

Ok villa, too far from beach. Breakfast was cold everyday. Found a dead bird in private pool one day and was joined by a baby snake in the shower another. Outdoor bathtub was filthy and didn’t clean even after we asked.

現実を忘れさせてくれる場所”
スイートタイプの部屋をカップルで使用しました。部屋は少し狭く感じましたが清潔感がとてもよかったです。次はプライベートプールがついた部屋を使用したいです。 スタッフが休憩してるのか目につくところでオフモードなのが気になりました。またヴィラの扉が開けっぱなしだったのでセキュリティ的に心配な面がありました。あとはブランコのギシギシとする音が気になりました。
