“Stayed in end Feb 2026. Very good value for money”
Location: The location is really very, very good and the main factor that makes this hotel so attractive. It is just 2 minutes walk away from Lumpini Metro station. This makes it very convenient to go sight-seeing or to get to/from the airport via train. There are also various eating places and massage places around the hotel (though one should venture to other areas too) as well as a 7/11 outlet nearby. OneBangkok shopping centre is just opposite the road accessible via Lumpini Metro station. The view from the room and the pool is pretty beautiful due to the location. Staff: Staff were friendly and helpful. I read some past reviews that the staff were unable to speak English. This has not been my experience. I have been able to get the answers I needed by conversing with the front desk staff in English. Though the other staff (eg cleaning and maintenance staff) may not be that proficient in English. It also helps to ask in Thai in advance if the staff you are conversing with can speak English. Facilities and services: Room is well stocked. They provide 2 bottles of drinking water which are replenished daily. Guests can also get water at the main lobby. In the room, there is also a bathtub and a retractable clothes line above the bathtub for hanging wet laundry. It is possible to hand wash laundry in the bath tub and hang it to dry. Room also has iron and ironing board for guests to use. Lighting and air-conditioning is controlled by a panel by the bedside which makes it very convenient. In my room, I found that some of the switches to not be working or that I can't seem to tell the difference when I turn on/off some of the switches. But this is for some minor switch. The main ones like bathroom, main entrance and overhead room lighting are functional. In my room, one of the knobs in the bathtub also seem to be loose. I am not sure what it is for (suspect that it is an independent knob to control the drain) but it does not affect the use of the bathtub in any way. Laundry service is also available (charged on a per piece basis) and the turn round time is pretty quick (1 day). The staff will leave the completed laundry in your room if you happen to be out once the item is ready. Massage is also offered by the hotel. At the time of my stay, the massage is done in the room. The session needs to be booked with the front desk staff in advance. I did not experience using the pool or gym but went by to briefly take a look. They are available for guests to use when I stayed at the hotel. Guests can also leave their luggage at the hotel lobby after check out. This allows one to go explore nearby places until it is closer to their flight time. There is also toilet available at the lobby so guests can still use the toilet after check out. There is also a 1000THB deposit required upon check in. If guests use the hotel services, the costs of the services can be deducted from the deposit or guests can pay using credit card upon check out and get the 1000THB deposit back. Overall, the hotel is very good value for the money. I would definitely stay here if I am planning to stay around in Lumpini Metro area the next time.
