A cosy property with value for money !!”

A lovely property in the heart of Riomaggiore!! Staff was very helpful, provided us a free upgrade with detailed info to get around and explore Cinque terre on our own !! Facilities of air-conditioning/ heating, electric kettle in the room etc available. All in all enjoyed our stay !! 😊👍

Up a bit of a hill but nice room and helpful staff”

They gave us a free room upgrade when we got there since they had one available. Great info packet about the area. Little bit of a walk from the train station and up a bit of a hill… but pretty much everything is. Not nearly as bad as the next town over where you have to walk up a crazy set of stairs to get to the town (or hop on the bus).

Comfortable room in quiet location. ”

The room was a decent size but we were a little disappointed with the location. It's not near the main centre of Stresa so it's a 10-minute walk to restaurants.

Centre of Riomaggiore”

It was great staying in the centre of one of the towns for a reasonable price. It was very central but a few minutes walk from the restaurants and bars so we could sleep quietly. Breakfast was very basic but the bed was nice and comfy.

Too many steep stair!”

Stayed 2 nights. Found the extremely sleep stair up 4 flights after the climb up the hill very difficult.Once out ,stayed out so didn't have to climb them again.room very small and needs some maintenance done. I guess with it being the Cinque Terra they can get away with prices and conditions which they would not be able to in a normal area as I think most places here are the same.

Centrally located hotel with friendly staff”

The hotel is spread over different alleys of the city of Riomaggiore. So it's quite nice to walk up and down the stairs through the little alleys back to your hotel. It also means that the rooms stay rather cold while the sun is out, as neighboring houses shield your room from the sun. The rooms were small but clean, the bathroom has all the expected facilities and room service comes every day. The staff is very friendly. Everyone at the reception speaks English fluently, the service staff go out of their way to understand what you want and fulfill your wishes. The breakfast was good, the coffee outstanding! The hotel is about seven minutes walk from the train station and thus quite centrally located. It's also on one of the main streets for tourists of Riomaggiore, so there is bars, cafes and restaurant in walking distance. The marina is just down the road, about five minutes walk. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay in the 5Terre, you definitely get your money's worth.

Lovely room in a great location”

The apartment was freshly renovated(still a bit of work in progress, but it didnt affect our stay) and in a great location. The apartment was not in the same building which we checked into, but the owner walked us to our apartment, about 1 minute away. Breakfast was provided and the breakfast room was next door to the check-in location. Breakfast was great. Wi-fi was not avaliable, but we were able to go to a cafe very close to where we stayed and use the wi-fi there for free.

Toffe kamers, pal in het centrum!”

Een huisje aan het begin van de hoofdstraat. Leuke kamers binnenin. Wij waren met 4 en hadden dus 2 kamers geboekt. Het hele huisje was dus eigenlijk van ons gedurende ons verblijf daar. Er was ook een kleine zitruimte waar we dus in alle rust konden zitten. Kamers waren proper en achteraan het huisje gelegen dus het eventuele lawaai van de hoofdstraat bereikte ons niet. We kregen een goede ontvangst door een Engelstalige dame die ons van de incheckplaats naar ons eigen huisje heeft gebracht. Ontbijt was in het hotel vlak naast het huisje. Het is blijkbaar een samenwerking tussen enkele hottletjes daar. Daar waar je ontbijt, kan je ook een code vragen voor de wifi. Die kan je normaal gezien ook gebruiken in de slaapkamer.

整体感觉很一般。带着大行李爬坡，爬楼梯，出入非常不方便。最糟的是房间的浴室，卫生打扫的不彻底，女儿刚一洗就积水了。水漏里积满了头发。wifi很不方便，要到酒店外面的才能上。服务也非常一般。
