The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. Also, the neighborhood is very nice. It almost felt like home.

It is not necessarily related to the apartment itself, but if you don't speak Italian, it may be a bit difficult to find a taxi or a bus to the airport or the nearby towns, or Milan. it is not impossible, but it's better to research in advance and be prepared.

This place was great, very large with a nice balcony with mountain views. There was fruit, coffee and croissants for breakfast, very nice! It's a short bus ride to the center, we were in town for a short visit, we went up to citta alta for dinner and the views. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Everything was great!

Spacious and very clean 3-bedroom flat very close to Bergamo airport and Bergamo itself.Very friendly owner (we communicated via texts). Breakfast provisions were nice surprise - tea, coffee, usual pre-packaged Italian pastry and jam...

It just needs a few big mugs- but this is really a tiny comment...

There is nothing special except the crockery that is very old it must be changed.

Very spacious apartment, excellent beds, everything neccessary in the kitchen, the owner meets you with snacks, 3rd floor with working elevator, free parking next to the house, nice kids playground nearby. Easy to reach BGY airport by bus (40-50 min).

Wierd ventilation through which I heard the neighbour upstairs, but still gone asleep 😂

The apartment was huge and the hosts were really hospitable!

Excellent support by the host, even more considering our late check-in hour.

Bathtub should have a courtain to not leave the bathroom all wet, and the shower should take a intervention.

The owner was super friendly and very easy to contact. even though we arrived a little late there was no problem with the key collection. the apartment is very spacious and spotless and it was close to the airport, we had to leave early for the airport and that was an advantage

El departamento estaba súper limpio y amplio. El anfitrión súper amable y siempre bien predispuesto. Muy buena ubicación. Muy cómodo y fresco.

Nous avons apprécié sejourner dans cet appartemment qui était bien placé et très spacieux avec ses 3 grandes chambres et leurs balcons. La literie est très confortable, nous avons très bien dormi! La présence du lave linge est appréciée et il y a possibilité d'étendre facilement le linge. La cuisine est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Il y a un grand frigo et même un four. De l'eau fraiche, des compotes et quelques gâteaux nous ont accueillis.

Nous avons été déçus par le ménage qui n'était pas fini à notre arrivée et qui était fait au balai... Nous avons du laver les sols par la suite car ce n'était pas propre. De plus, la salle de bain, qui nous a plu en arrivant, nous a vite fait déchanter. En effet, il y a une douche avec jets, musique... seulement dès la première douche, la salle de bain et même le couloir était inondé... Nous avons donc regardé la gonde, et là, nous avons constaté un amas de cheveux qui ne date pas d'hier. Le propriétaire a eu l'air étonné et mais à la vue du parquet dans le couloir, je ne pense pas que c'était la première fois que cela se produisait. Il y a un défaut dans les joints de la douche. Nous avons donc voulu prendre un bain, mais il n'y avait pas de bouchon pour éviter que l'eau ne coule. Il n y avait pas non plus de rideau donc douche dans la baignoire assis... le top... La cuisine avait des odeurs assez désagréables mais dans les produits d'entretien nous avons trouvé de quoi la faire disparaitre. Quelques bols, tasses et nouvelle poële serait appréciable. Les poubelles disposées sur le balcon n'avaient pas été vidées. Malgré les points négatifs cités, cela reste un bel appartemment avec un beau rapport qualité prix. Juste ces petites choses à revoir et il serait parfait!
