Big apartment, 6 beds, walking to legoland just across road, opposite mall”
We always stays at Fion apartments. Its big, cleans and house smell good. Very decent and most important near to legoland, opposite medini mall, there are eatery like thai resto, chinese resto, BIG supermarket, burger king, starbucks, oldtown coffee resto. If you want to visit bigger just use grab only RM 10 to Aeon bukit indal shopping mall, approx about 10 mins journey using grab. Its very big mall. Very worth of value to stay here. The mattress are very comfortable and PS4 another plus point entertainment for my boy. Strong wifi and water heater pressure is very good too. Satisfied for my stay there.

Superb location and reasonably priced”
We booked the Transformers themed room. The kids gave a 'Wow' when they opened the door. The host prepared PlayStation and soft blocks. So, the kids really enjoyed themselves. The apartment location is very strategic. It is right next to Legoland. This time we didn't go to Legoland, but to Thomas & Friends Town. The journey was about 7 mins drive to Puteri Harbour. Hence, it was very convenient. There is a 7 Eleven beside the building. If you come by car, you have to look out for Affiniti Residences parking. Upon entry to the car park, tell the guard you are here for AirBnB, then the guard will allow you to park inside. You then head to LG floor (Affiniti's Lobby) and obtain the key card from the reception guard. The access card is accessible to everything. The swimming pool has a nice view to the surrounding and also Legoland. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

It is beyond worth the price”
We have had enjoyed our stay in afiniti residence. The unit is quite big for us it was very neat and tidy with the avengers painting that my son really loves. The building is just opposite to medini mall which is connected to legoland. We ordered food in medini mall and eat in the unit cause they all have kitchen wares like plates and glasses and cookwares. We also tried their pool at 22nd floor where you can view the legoland tge pool was clean and big and I think you can grill in poolside (im not sure thu). There is also 7/11 down the bldg just incase you want to buy snacks during late night. The facilities are a child friendly. It is beyond worth the price. We difinitely stay here next time we visit legoland.

The apartment is exactly same as pictures shown. Spacious apartment and vy clean. Besides,if you are going to Legoland,this is superb near with walking distance. Moreover,if you are travelling without car,there are SOCAR nearby where you can rent the car. Vy convenience.

Excellent location”
The complex is across the street from Legoland (5 min walk). The room was comfortable and is as advertised. Recommend the stay for non-fussy, here for the park type with young kids. There is a 24 hour mini mart downstairs as well as a 7-11 for quick convenience.

Excellent location for Legoland with food options across the road.”
Excellent location, directly across the road from Legoland through Medini Mall shopping centre-it’s only small but had several food options. Apartment was clean and spacious, although could do with some side tables for the bedroom and lounge area as furniture was scarce! Aircon and fans worked well, as did the Tv and amenities in the kitchen. Handy also to have a washing machine and detergent to use. The 2 minute noodles and water left for us in the kitchen were a godsend as were arrived in late at night with 3 hungry children!! Check-in was smooth and easy as was checkout. Kids loved the Star Wars theme to the apartment aswell!

Lots of choices to eat at Medini Mall which also just walking distance.The only one thing to consider is the lane to the parking are is too narrow.quite scarry😅 to drive.others -everything was almost perfect.

Condotel near Legoland”
Pros: Walking distance to legoland. Accessible Bus terminal going to SG, CIQ, KL. Unit is clean. With pillows, shampoo, body wash, tissue. Kitchen, plates, bowls, utensils. The admin of the building maintains the cleanliness and safety of the users. The agent or unit owner replies promptly. Cons: Waiting time to the lift is a bit long, though it has 3 lift but only 2 operates. Less seating lounge at the lobby.

Walking Distance to Legoland”
The residence is close to Legoland. The apartment is big n clean. Has a complimentary bottled mineral water and cup noodles. My kids love the room theme. Things to improve, should inform us the unit number prior checking in so as to inform the security guard as that's the info which the security guard requires. Overall great stay for those going to Legoland..

Afinitri Residences Medini ”
Nice unit that we stayed in for 3 days 2 nights. Unit was well maintained and well equipped for our stay. Bedding was good for 8 pax accommodation, though we only had 6 pax. Only down was the 2 tiny roaches that we found in the cabinets and bathroom. Location is fantastic, walking distance to Medini Mall and Legoland Theme Park. 10 mins drive to Bukit Indah area. Staff that we liaised with were all friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again for our next trip.

Great Host, Good facility and location”
Pros 1) Host Fion is there on-site to greet us. Even gave local recommendation 2) 4 beds are Spiderman theme. 3) 1 single kid bed in master bed room. Nice little touch 4) 1 water bottle and 2 noodle cups 5) Bathrooms has international electrical plug. 6) Next to Medini Mall and easy access Cons 1) Top floor pool facility is degrading compared to 2 years ago. Tables are no longer available.

Check in was easy though the Covid-19 declaration was abit lame because we came from SG but the guard ticked No and said never mind. The room was Super nice and the kids love it so much they were so sad when we told them that we need to leave the next day. Love the proximity to Legoland and we can get some basic amenities at Medini Mall.

Great location, tiny washer+dryer”
was changed to another apt a day before arriving. fantastic bathrooms, rivaling 5 stars hotel. clean spacious with extra beds in place of the play area (no play area like in the photos). full kitchen. well maintained facilities. really near the legoland entrance. the washer/dryer combo machine provided is tiny a 4kg and the dryer cycle took half a day to complete. also had a few panic and painful hand moments where i couldn't open the washer door with my laundry inside. better off do your laundry elsewhere. otherwise my family had a good time here.

I was shocked when reached the residences because i was expecting to see receptionist. After shown my agoda booking then the security Guard give my envelope with my booking detail and i need to register my detail inside the book provided. Once we in the apartment. We amaze it feel like home. Walking distance to Legoland and mall of medini. Love the view. Just a bit. Improvement on the bedsheets. It look old and not comfortable. Overall experience it awesome and sure check in here again.
