I had a wonderful stay at Sultan Resort. The bedrooms. clean bedrooms , fresh water is kept daily at my bedroom. the fridge was full with complementary soft drinks and juice. the garden view is a heart taken scene. Huge different swimming pools. Different activities for kids and adult inside the hotel. varied dishes served for breakfast. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

This resort had the best location so far, on my yearly break and decide to choose this resort as it is near to airport and the dive operator can come and fetch me at this resort, anythis the room is clean and nice, staffs is very helpful with everything, love the pool bar and the view to Red Sea is cool and chill. The buffet however is average, normal and i was confuse with the wrist band that was given to me on the reception counter, hence i had no idea i need to pay for the buffet lunch and dinner.

Awesome, but not ideal for toddlers or infants. Too many steps and no elevators. Food was quite boring and bland. Variety changed very little from day to day. I have been to all inclusive resorts in this area before where the food was MUCH better. But, we did get a good deal. You get what you pay for I guess.

We had a lovely time. Staff were brilliant - couldn’t do enough for you. Food was good - plenty of selection. Great choice of pools - all very clean. We spent time at the attached Diving Club, Scorpion Dive Club - cannot rate them high enough. We failed at another club in Thailand but here with Yassers (Dive master and manager) help we all passed. Brilliant teacher. We will be back definitely!!

Great 5 star VFM”
A 5 star hotel for the cheapest we could find. The cost was the only thing cheap about this hotel! beautiful looking lobby and buildings, enormous area grounds, lots of facilities - 5 pools, 4 restaurants, 2 food stands, 2 bars, diving center, ping pong, spa and massage, private beach, mini golf, kids area, every kind of vendor on the beach, and much more! Breakfast was absolutely amazing! huge variety and too many live cooking stands - omlettes, eggs bennedict, waffles, pancakes, french toast, crepes. Endless kinds of desserts and pastries, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious! But most of all, the staff! They are everywhere to take care of you and so friendly! Even though we came on off-season and the hotel was practically empty, every facility it has was manned and working. The only thing we didn't see are evening shows, but there were other evening activities. Also day activities were all happenning, no shortage of staff even when the hotel is empty. In short - best VFM I ever had. Will come back

Mon séjour à Sultan Gardens Resort du 29/07 au 09/08/2018”
Vous commandez un taxi (GRATUIT) avant VOTRE DÉPART. Dès mon arrivée un très bon accueil à la réception. Vos valises sont déposé à votre chambre. Tous les JOURS votre chambre est faite. Le complexe est très très verdoyant (palmiers, verdures, fleurs,..) des jardiniers sont présents tous les jours, un grand coin de paradis). Concernant le petit déjeuner, le lunch et le souper restaurant est très diversifié. Une fois par jour et ce pour le souper du soir le chef vous propose un pays à l'honneur (Italien, Indien, Français, Espagnol, Égyptien,...). Le personnel du restaurant souriant et très soigné dans la tenue vestimentaire. 5 piscines à votre disposition avec 3 maîtres nageurs par piscine pour votre sécurité et celle de vos enfants. Si votre enfant ne sait pas nager (obligation de porter un gilet). Belle plage privée très bien sécurisé avec des limitation à ne pas franchir. Bar et de quoi vous restaurer à tous les endroits (piscine, mer,...) le personnel des chambres irréprochable et enfin pour votre séjour en sécurité il n'y a rien à dire des agents de sécurité veillent jour et nuit. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésitation. Mérite bien ses 5 ÉTOILES 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 plus encore 🌟
