Booked: room with shared bathroom, first floor. 30$ via Agoda - 20$ at reception. In the subburbs - not safe after dark. Transportation to town via minibus 50ct/10-15min. Facilities: Room/TV-Launge/Restaurant/garden good. Staff is very disorganised and always disappointing. But: Good Value! I recommend this place.

this hotel most is well. but just the invioce I ask many times,but they didn't send me. when I check out I ask the severs :may I get the invioce form the e-mail,they said I can,after I aslo send the e-mail ask the invioce , but I can't get the answer.if you can't ,please just tell me no. you said yes but you didn't send .what is the mean

Great clean comfortable place to stay the staff are wonderful and there's nothing they won't do to make your stay brilliant The airport transfer is $30 each way but so is a taxi and Thomas will always show you around as well

The location is great, very close to everything! The facilities are quite impressive especially the shower rooms and toilets for the camp site and dorms(one of the best share shower/bathroom so far personally). Close to the city centre and the airport, it has beautiful gardens and friendly staff. Our rooms were generally clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very clean & spacious for our family of 5. Self-catering. Hot water. Free WiFi. Lovely landscaping. Good customer service. Good buffet-style breakfast included. All around it was a very enjoyable 3 night stay there & we definitely recommend them!

Sweet Homes is a big house with 4 rooms and common kitchen and toilets. Staff very friendly. The place is safe. About 30 min walk from the town (or 5 min drive). Not the place for backpackers who wants to meet travelers and save money, but more for couples who want intimacy and quiet clean place to stay. We received excellent service from the owners

The hotel is among the best and most expansive hotels in Bulawayo. However it is in state of slow decay. Everything needs a renovation: elevators, broken towel hangers, faucets, furniture etc. This generally reflects the decaying nature of the city itself.

The hotel is clean though needs extensive upgrading through normal wear and tear. Refurbishment of the rooms and the hotel will revitalize it and the staff, who do their best to make you welcome and comfortable. We just used the hotel for 1 night after arriving late in the evening, so no chance to sample the food. The room was large, with 2 comfortable double beds, but the bath was rather small. The hotel is well located for the Pathfinder bus station (3 mins walk) and the staff were extremely helpful trying to get on touch with them for us late at night. The hotel is fine...

Very poor staff, facilities & services. They claimed did have my Agoda reservations, did have room slippers, told me check out is at 10am. They are overrated.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel as whilst noticeably outdated it is obvious the management continues to go to good lengths keep the rooms in decent condition. Quite pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.It was the cheapest pleasant hotel we could find in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. It was within walking distance to the Falls, tourist center and a very good new Thai restaurant.

Good value for such a beautiful hotel. Room was comfortable and good bed. Breakfast was good. Pool was inconvenient to get to, and rather small. Good shuttle service to town, although shuttle bus was not in good condition. Did not use the golf course, but it looked very nice.

Please ensure that the towels are clean. It would be best to get them bleached and they looked cream not white. Overall it was a good hotel

Excellent from arrival to departure. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were friendly, polite and informative. Watching all the wild animals feeding at the waterholes that the bedrooms looked over was a unique experience.

From the beginning to the end, the service is fantastic and always think ahead of what we need and I really appreciate that. It is one of the best services throughout my Africa journey and I would definitely come back here if I am at Victoria Falls again. Highly highly recommended.
