Awesome stay at this tastefully furnished modern estate, staff cery efficient and friendly ensuring every need is catered, service top notch. Highly recommend for a break away. Close to Addo Elephant park and situated on tarred roads unlike most of other resorts/ lodges in the area.

Great location for Addo elephant park (15 min drive) was pleasantly surprised by the room and facilities. Room was massive and bathroom was better than any 5* hotel I've stayed in (free standing bath, his and hers sinks, massive walk in shower and an additional outdoors massive shower). Great stay - friendly staff

Only 15 min to addo, the rooms were spacious, very well designed bathroom and fantastic outdoor shower. The staff was great form check-in until check-out, very kids friendly and the food was exceptional, i recommend this hotel 100%!!! Looking forward to be back here!

Nice hotel in a very poor neighborhood”
This hotel is inside a brick compound, which is a bit unnerving but the area around the hotel is quite poor. It's a great base for Addo Elephant park and has a restaurant which is acceptable for a day or two max (very limited vegetarian options). Rooms were large and comfortable and they have a generator so you don't have to deal with load shedding.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it far exceeded our expectations , from the Deco, the staff, the cleanliness, the food everything was just on point. Kids also enjoyed the pool area. I highly recommend Africanos.

Booking for 4 warning”
Made a booking through Agoda for 2 rooms, 2 adults and 2 kids aged 12. Booking confirmed via email and when we arrived they received booking for 2 adults in 2 rooms only. The Manager then tried to compromise with me by telling me I must pay for the kids breakfasts. Which I did not agree to as I showed my booking confirmation. The rooms are great, the food very good. Just a pity that Management can't deal with a booking error on their side in a manner not to upset a guest. Although the place is great, I will not return.

Sehr netter EMpfang, und das Zimmer einfach nur Wow. Strahlend sauber, klasse Betten und die Badewanne groß genug für zwei. Das Essen im Restaurant ist erstens preiswert, zweitens reichlich und drittens sehr gut. Nur zu empfehlen!!!
