Exceptional”
A great hotel with attentive staff. I was greeted on arrival and the staff couldn't have done enough to help me. I had a problem with a room and it was dealt with immediately. Very impressed. I would go back there again anytime in the future

Close to Intrumarus”
The hotel is near the bay and easy access to places around that area. The hotel upgraded us, that was really nice of them. The breakfast was really good. The hotel is a little old but make good effort to keep it clean.

They needed 3000 peso in deposit for every day. We booked a week. Insane to give 20.000 peso in deposit. They needed the money in cash. Crazy this wasn't mentioned any where when i booked the hotel.

luxury in the city”
we stayed here for a relaxing break. The hotel is well situated with easy access to the greenbelt and locally some nice restaurants nearby, aristocrats and cafe adriatico are both within easy walking distance. The club lounge was lovely with lovely snacks and drinks available. the service was very good and we really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast in the main hotel was excellent - one of the best we have enjoyed with a really good selection of cushiness available. we tended to go for the English breakfast and really enjoyed the food. The bakery type items were also really good with excellent croissants and lovely bread.

Excellent hotel in a poor location”
I always stay in this hotel when I am in Manila. The staff are professional and exhibit excellent customer service. The rooms are also excellent. The area the hotel is located in is a bit suspect. Be careful later in the evening as the streets outside the hotel felt 'unsafe'. The streets are not well lit and have a number of 'characters' hanging around.
