our kids love the small pool. they added a small basketball ring and our kids love it. We also love the lap pool. Food at the Market cafe as also great..! Seafoods, salads, and steak! free flowing canned sodas, coffee. The room is clean.

I have stayed in this hotel every time I travel to Manila for business. It was a great place to stay since they have international menu and nicely equipped business center. Staff is very friendly as well. Overall experience is great.

i really liked the level of service, and the room was comfortable, pleasant and i enjoyed my stay thoroughly.room service food was tasty, and i can't complain.location was convenient. one issue i had though, was that my room smelt a bit of stale smoke.

We stayed a Club room which is kind of VIP ! ... actually we did not know about that when we got a booking. Club room customer can use VIP registration with free drink(include alcohol ) and snack and free food at night with good view ! you do not need to go out side for eat meal. Of course ,room also great ! I really recommend !

Not recommended for smokers”
Agoda lists some room-types as non-smoking, implying that in the remaining rooms smoking is allowed (which was actually the case on my previous stays). Much to my surprise, the hotel is now 100 percent smoke-free. They send you to an ugly outside smoking area, where you don’t need a cigarette but can freely inhale the heavily polluted air of the traffic-stricken Malate area (to cause the pollution equivalent of one Jeepney you would need 1000 smokers). For non-smokers, the hotel is ok, though. Spacious rooms, good breakfast, 25m swimming pool. Close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Of course, the rather rude and partly seedy Malate area is not everybody’s preference. So basically my complaint is about the info I got from Agoda, making me believe to book a smoking room and actually ending up in a non-smoking hotel, with the consequence that we moved out after the first night, thus loosing the money for the planned second night.

Reception desk Miss Lyn provide so nice service with hard working and hospitality character I supposed to stay new world Manila bay hotel for Christmas vocation but I had changed my plan due to meeting in Taipei Shorten stay but I had paid 9 nights through websites in advance. In this situation I was lucky to meet the front office supervisor Mark Who give a good reasonable consideration to me that he had been working so hard to make my paid to be reducing to 5 nights aside from one night additional paid as policy.

This Hotel has been my best place to stay during my Business meetings in Manila and I visit 3-4 times a year this Hotel since year 2014 till date and never got disappointed . I recommend this Hotel to all tourists/ visitors / Businessmen. Only I would love to see if this Hotel provides HALAL B'fast would be very nice. This is my suggestion to this Hotel.

Anyway it is a wonderful hotel. This time we stayed in a superior double room. The room was large, clean, large bathroom and very comfortable. Breakfast at this hotel was also wonderful. Every dish is delicious, there are many kinds of dishes, I challenged to eat all the dishes, but I could not eat it. There is a Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel, and if you are Japanese you will not be bothered with meals. And since there is a Robinson department store in the immediate vicinity, there is nothing troubling with shopping

All the staff is very accommodating and always smiling, very nice, except one guard who used to checked the guest(s), he checked us with a bad mood, to the point that my friend who's with us got pissed off because of the security guard's approach to her. He doesn't seemed like he doesn't likes his job or what, but i hope it will not happen again. I like your place and everything but only that guard. He is tall and dark, but i didn't get his name. Its okay, thanks !

When we paid in advance for the room, there was no validation for parking and we had to pay 100 pesos when we didn't even reach an hour at the concierge. Then when we checked in, the security guard on duty (near the marina residence entrance) told us there was no parking available and did not even suggest anything. Like sorry nalang it's our problem. Good thing the concierge had a contingency plan and had our vehicle valet-parked. If the security personnel remains nonchalant, then this reflects how you treat your guests. I will never recommend this hotel to friends, family and colleagues. This was upsetting to me and my family on Christmas morning and I don't want people I know to experience this trouble.

A 5 star property, No But clean and decent and the people make up for all the short comings/ I don't think they've spent much to update since taking over from Hyatt but it's a decent place to stay for a short time. And the two Restaurants Lili fo Chinese and the Fireplace for beef are really quite nice.

Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist guests. Richard Reyes (Valet attendant and Ria (housekeeping on the 29th Floor) are commendable and should be recognized for their attentive and willingness to make the guests happy.

It was a wonderful stay, really. The room was spacious, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The tub and shower made bath time a luxurious one. The pool area is gorgeous, it's great spending time there. But, I must say, it was a hassle that they gave us the wrong password for the wifi. I called the front desk 8 times & they said someone will come up several times but no one did. Until I called and expressed how much they were delaying our lunch schedule and we are starving waiting for their IT to come up. How come they had to wait for me to be angry until they do send someone up? It's also a hassle that they do no have smoking rooms or a convenient smoking area in the hotel or pool area aside from the casino. The good thing is, the breakfast buffet was satisfying, it was a great way to end this hotel experience before checking out. Although, next time I hope they can accomodate us for the late checkout.

hotel is located conveniently near robinsons manila which gives guests more option for activities and food; staff and service is commendable (they are friendly and helpful). a few improvement is suggested for buffet selection (food is quite usual) and room a/c should be checked for maintenance (there were times when the a/c seems to be turned off or its thermostat seem to be lowered to room temp) overall.. a pleasant stay

We stayed here when I had my preceptorship graduation. The first room that was given to us had a faulty AC. They upgraded us to a suite room. Which is nicer and a bigger room. The bed is nice and comfortable. The whole room is clean and well maintained. All in all its good. But the pric of their rooms is a bit expensive tho. There's a lot of other nice hotel nearby that is cheaper but same quality. Or same price and quality but better location.

I'm regular traveller to Manila for my Business trip and always stay at this hotel due to location is fantastic and surrounded with all ARABIC FOOD which is my favourite and of course HALAL food. Shopping mall is very close walking distance which is call ROBINSONS and everything is available here.
