      The position is very nice as the staff, I feel welcome and the breakfast is very good.
      The room (207) was to tiny for the price avarage, I expect a better solution at that price range.

      the place is very pleasant, the personnel exceptional, the bathroom needs a little improvement (particularly the shower which is rather old fashioned). All together very positive experience.

      Outstanding and friendly service and advice from Giovanni and his mother. Made the whole difference to to stay.
      Given its countryside setting midway between Tarquinia and Tarquinia Lido a pool would be a great asset as a place to relax between sight seeing.

      The bed was uncomfortable, the hairdryer was poor, the fridge didn&#39;t work and the breakfast was unappetising! The place could be lovely, with just a few little things to make you feel a bit more pampered.

      No Wi-Fi in our room and temperature still cold with no heating but only air conditioning that wasn’t strong and warm enough to heat the room in an acceptable time

      It was one of the best accommodation where I have ever stayed. The place was very beautiful and there was really relaxing atmosphere. The suite was comfortable, clean and well organised. The staff was very nice and really make me feel like at home. For breakfast we had a big choice of tasty food. I highly recommend this place.

      A very nice place to stay, very helpfull and friendly staff, great breakfast, would definitely go again. This was the best place for us during a small roundtrip, we stayed for a couple of days and would have loved to stay longer. Nice big private garden, peacefull and quiet. Quite nice location, but a car is needed to reach facilites and the sea.

      The host treated us as welcome friends. The property itself reflected our hosts love for it and the life style it offered. The advertised light dinner for 25 Euro turned out to be a three course meal as well as antipasto starters. The meal itself was prepared by our host&#39;s mother and reflected the best of the region&#39;s home cooking, simply but beautifully presented. For us it was the perfect conclusion to five weeks in Italy.
      As tea drinkers a common issue we have experienced in Italy and France is the lack of an electric kettle in our room but our host was ready to provide us with hot water from the kitchen.
