Staff, quiet location , large room
Alitalia had lost our luggage and As we were going to a wedding it was a disaster , the manager of st Leonardo went out of her way to help us find suitable clothing to wear, and made several phone calls for us to Alitalia to help locate the suitcases which eventually arrived 5 days later.
