              - nice, quiet and secluded locality - appartments situated in very solid buildings - very quiet - house manager communication - very friendly and effective - wonderful garden
              - missing dishwasher - not optimal roads connection - beaches in the locality are not too &quot;sexy&quot; and it is needed to plan carefully where to go and spend the time

              Almost everything. It&#39;s a modern well-equipped structure, suitable for families with children and couples. Perfect for discovering historical sites around. Too far from noisy beach divertissements of all kinds. Comfortable mattresses. Perfect wifi signal. Very tasty self-production olive oil.
              A bit noisy activities in agriculture fields nearby even at night. Sometimes annoying tiny flies. Too dusty sand country roads, of course it&#39;s ok but... one should be ready to drive in such conditions.

              We love the place. We had a two bedroom apptm, on the first floor with a huge terrace and a perfect view :) we could see the sea. Apartment very well equipped. Perfect Wifi on entire property. Great swimming pool. We felt very intimate even though we were not the only guests. Property in the perfect condition.

              Sehr schöne Anlage”

              Bin etwas hin- und hergerissen bei dieser Anlage. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr, sehr schön. Der Weg dorthin ist allerdings alles andere als schön. Mit normalen Fahrzeugen eine echte Tortur auf der 2 km langen Schotterpiste. Wir hatten ein Apartment im ersten Obergeschoss und somit Blick auf das Meer. Die Apartments sind sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist allerdings nicht berauschend. Sehr wenig Geschirr und nicht einmal Weingläser. Insgesamt ist die Anlage aber zu empfehlen, zumal der Gastgeber Daniele sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Der Strand bei Le Murelle ist sehr nett und nicht allzuweit von der Unterkunft entfernt. Ansonsten sind die Strände bei Ansedonia und Orbettelo zu empfehlen.
              Die Fotos erwecken den Eindruck, als wären die Alpakas direkt an der Unterkunft. Leider sind sie circa 500 m entfernt und man muss sich vorab anmelden und kann nicht einfach so mal vorbeischauen.

              Die Anlage liegt an einem Schotterweg und die Anbindung ist nicht ideal, vor allem nicht in Richting Tarquinia
