Excellent Overall Experience”

Our experience at aha Harbour Bridge in Cape Town was excellent. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and professional. The room was better than we expected. The location was great too as it was a short walk over to the V&A Waterfront. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business trips or vacations.

Relaxation”

The Aha Harbour bridge was perfect for relaxation after hectic tours in Cape Town. The kids loved swimming and made new friends. The Suites are sheer luxury, spacious and big enough to accommodate 3 or 4 people. Love the home away from home feel and was able to prepare meals. 15 mins walk to the V & A waterfront which has a pick n pay for all your groceries. There’s a gate by the canal which is open 7am to 7 pm. The hotel is expensive for what you get, there is no breakfast included in accommodation and expected a bit more sweets and cakes for the children being Christmas

Location, Staff friendliness, beautiful views, lovely rooms

We've stayed at many places before as it's not our first time in Cape Town. We were really impressed by the incredible service we received at the Harbour Bridge Hotel and suites. The room was more than we expected and felt like you can easily live there for months! Staff was amazing, thank you so much! Close to all major amenities. A must-stay for everyone visiting the mother city!

Lovely Stay”

I stayed at Aha Harbour Bridge for a week. I had a lovely stay. The hotel is situated at the canal, the views are amazing with Table Mountain as the backdrop. The surroundings are tranquil. I enjoyed watching the canal ferry sailing past and people on pedal boats. Breakfast was served on time daily and oh so yum! I would stay here again!

Very clean and friendly staff”

I arrived early around 10:30am and the reception staff was kind enough to let me check in early and the room ready by 11:15am as I had a long flight from Australia to Cape Town. The room is very clean and a good size too. The WiFi is working fine. The location is slightly outside V&A Waterfront so best to use Uber to go anywhere or back to hotel after dark. It’s not safe to walk alone as advised by the police officer who recognized me at the end junction of canal walk from the hotel. Otherwise this is a great hotel. The breakfast at Canal cafe is good and pretty standard. Cheap and good.

Pleasant stay in the heart of Cape Town. This hotel is ideally for business people that need to be close to Cape Town centre. The rooms are very nice and spacious and the service of high standard. A visit to the V & A Waterfront is a must, there are nice shopping, numerous restaurants and plenty of activities to keep busy.

good location, nice rooms, friendly service

Great hotel with clean, modern rooms and great bathrooms. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and offered great service. Close to the V & A waterfront with the canal taxi right at the hotel. Food at the restaurant was very good. Definitely would reccomend this hotel. Only drawback is that when the winds blow in Cape Town there is a wind tunnel and the sliding doors to the balcony are not sealed very well and so there is a lot of whistling sound at night.

Great place to stay - but noisy to the seaside”

Proximity to the start of Cape Argus Cycle Tour - close to the V&A Waterfront - good service

We knew the hotel from our last visit in Cape Town and will choose same again for any further trips to Cape Town for participation in the Cape Argus Cycle Tour. First time we had a studio apartment to the land side and the canal which was nice and quiet. This time we booked a studio deluxe apartment which unfortunately turned to the seaside and the container area and hence some noise caused. But we will for sure choose the Harbour Bridge Hotel again and just make sure to get rooms to the canal and/or land side. Ryan at the desk provided excellent service. And the rest of the staff also provided a good service.

We had booked 4 nights to end our honeymoon in Cape Town. And it was great. Hotel is not far from V&A Waterfront (you can go by foot). Breakfast was the best we had during 3 weeks South Africa. And staff is very helpfull. We will be back 😉

Wonderful”

Neat, clean, comfortable, and one of the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the breakfast buffet which changes daily. The only less-than-perfect thing was the location. Far walk from the V&A Waterfront, have to take an Uber or river taxi. However, the hotel being located along the coastal area is still much safer and preferred than downtown. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice hotel not far from the waterfront area.”

Spacious well equipped rooms. Actually is an apartment complete with kitchen and washing machine and balcony.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, spacious and have all facilities including a dishwasher, full kitchen, washing machine, oven, microwave etc. It is really a self-catering apartment. Breakfast isn't included in the price but one can prepare one's breakfast or walk down to the waterfront (20 minutes). Rooms were clean and well looked after. We only got the bathrobes on the last day of our stay which was the only negative thing I can say about the service. It could do well with a few more channels on the TV though. Although close to the waterfront area, it is not advisable to walk at night so one needs to take a taxi. It is next to the convention centre so getting to other parts of town including the hop-on hop-off tour buses is easy. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Although we stayed just for 1 night, we really enjoyed it. The rooms are quite modern and furnished stylishly. Our room had a balcony with a direct view of the table mountain. It is very close to all the attraction in the V&A area of Cape Town.

Great Stay, Good Location, Recommended”

Great location to visit surroundings by foot, once you become other the shortcuts via the ICC canal taxi pickup or under the bridge towards the City Lodge V@A.. These need to be pointed out to the guest as options rather than a taxi. Also you must advised guests about the 7pm gate closure by the tunnel crossing towards the City Lodge V@A. Great facility in good location if you are adventurous and fit to use as a point to explore CT.

Good yet overrated hotel”

The value for money was excellent. We stayed in a luxury suite which was spacious and clean. The kitchen is useful if you need to cook something. The location is good and close to many places especially the V & A. Breakfast is very good, however, few things were not replenished. The bad things - older TV screens with limited channel options, very unstable and slow internet which for me is unacceptable these days. I don't think this place is a good choice for families (unless they don't plan to spend time in the hotel). For business travelers it is (except for the wifi)
