Driver knows how to maintain the car and handle it. Professional driving service by all aspects, through all of our staying in hotel. Rooms: 10/10. Clean, well maintained and giving all the sense of a tropical design and have also an amazing bathroom. Even the terrace has direct access to a private mini garden. Daily make up room service. Restaurant: 10/10 The chef knows what is doing! Awesome food and very very tasty! Its pitty for not staying longer to try all the choices of the menu! The waiters providing amazing professional service in their every interaction and you don't want to dine outside of restaurant! Bar: 10/10 Their cocktails very well exexuted and plenty of alcohol choices for keep you company on this amazing pool with AWESOME view! Reception: 10/10. Awesome information service, immediate assistance 24/24 and always providing solutions for eash of your request. Hotel concered or not. You have a feeling that you have friends ready to assist you on this foreign place. Facilities: 10/10 . Its a resort that goes way above expectations. The people that working love their job and you can easily understand that from the quality of their services. Of course some electricity cut off because of the generator maintainance (the resort is on the mountain in a self providing electricity plan probably) is completely understandable. But again only in rooms this is happening from 10am-3pm. Who is in their room anyway on these hours in El Nido??! The road to hotel is under construction but they offer pickup and drop off daily with their vehicle. Nothing to worry about that also! Overall experience: 10/10. I highly recommend staying there if you visit el nido!!

A tranquil sanctuary”
I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone who seeks the calming quiet for the evenings of El Nido. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and it was satisfying. There were minor inconveniences like the 10am-3pm generator shutdown, but we were priorly informed, so that we can schedule around our activities to it. The best part of this place is the staff. Each of them are friendly and treated us like VIP thru every day of our stay. I'd book this place again if I want to be pampered at El Nido.

The property is very serene and peaceful. The ambience and the wooden built settings feels more relaxing . Our room has sea and mountain view and you can fully see the sunset from the glass door which was amazingly beautiful. Staffs were friendly and very accommodative.

no hot water most of the time. You have take a 4 wheeler to get to the hotel!!!”
The hotel's pictures looks petty good, But can not get a taxi or tri to get to the front of this hotel. you would need to call the hotel to bring a 4 wheeler truck to pick you up at the side of the road and bring you up. Most of the time do not have hot water to take shower or brush your teeth. At the time only have 3 to 5 bungalow are in this hotel. It is builded on top of a hill side. Take a while to get into town.

Complimentary transfer to and from the resort, complimentary welcome drinks and breakfast, and friendly and helpful resort staff are just few of what I appreciate during our stay in Ahana. The view of the sea/ mountains and sunset from our room and even from the infinity pool is spectacular! Would definitely come back the next time I get to El Nido!

Peaceful boutique resort with an awesome view”
I cannot recommend Ahana enough. It’s tucked away up on a cliff so you get peace and quiet with a breathtaking view of the sea and islands. The resort has a very luxe balinese vibe and feels very private. The bar & resto has a small Japanese inspired menu but they do all their dishes well. Drinks are pretty standard and reasonably priced. The staff are so attentive, always trying their best to meet requests and pamper guests. I stayed for 2 nights and didnt feel the need to step out. Great place to spend quiet days for reflection or to spend quality time with a partner.

Very private and laid back”
The only reason I gave 3⭐️ on the location is because of the road going to the hotel is under construction, which was never mentioned prior to our arrival and it was a hassle going in and out of the hotel. The restaurant food was subpar at best. I ordered pancakes and it was so dry. So dont expect anything spectacular 😊 The rooms were very clean, the BED comfort can not be beat, very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. This is the perfect hotel for a couple getaway.

Brilliant stay ”
Thoroughly enjoyed, hotel a lovely relaxing place to be with really friendly staff and awe inspiring views. The hotel is quite isolated at the top of a large hill, but hotel can arrange transport to popular spots and have a scooter you can rent if you’ll brave driving up and down the hill. Room was massive, luxurious and comes with kimono’s. Loved it.

Mauvais service client, vue exceptionnelle ”
Resort à la vue exceptionnelle, mais service client déplorable. L’hôtel ne cherche pas à satisfaire ses clients, mais simplement à les plumer. En effet, il profite de sa localisation très excentrée pour proposer un service de navette à un prix exorbitant. L’autre alternative est le tricycle (mais il faut prévoir un petit budget si on veut faire 2 allers retours par jour) ou le scooter (mais l’hôtel est en haut d’une forte pente qui peut être boueuse en cas de fortes pluies). Le prix du bar et du restaurant sont aussi élevés. Déçu du petit déjeuner qui n’inclut qu’un seul plat (exemple : 2 pancakes + quelques morceaux d’ananas et de pommes, oubliez les mangues il n’y en a jamais ! + 1 boisson chaude), habituellement proposé à la carte à 450 pesos. Je crois que pour ce tarif on est en droit de s’attendre au moins à un petit déjeuner buffet et un service de navettes gratuites pour se rendre en ville. Quelques point positifs : la vue, le personnel (surtout Spencer qui a été adorable tout le long du séjour), le transfert aller/retour aéroport.

おしゃれでいいホテルでしたが、山の上にあるのに、雨が降ったら土砂崩れの懸念があるので、送迎車に乗せてもらえず、歩く必要があります。登山する体力のない方は宿泊は難しいと思います。

最悪なステイでした”
まずホテルまでの道のりが酷い。ホテルのエントランスは、こんなの見たことがないと驚愕だった。泥、沼、石ばかりの危険で壮絶な超急激な坂道。地元のタクシーで、ホテルここだよ！、と着いた瞬間、嘘でしょ？、と唖然でした。もちろんトライセィカルでは登れないよ、、と言われ、エントランスとは言えホテルの建物は見えないためスタッフも居ません。 こんなところ歩いて自力で登るの、、？終わった。。という最悪な気持ち。雨も降ったり止んだりで、泥沼、茶色い石ばかりの急坂を必死に歩いて登りました。ホテルの建物が見えてくるまで、登山しに来たんじゃないんだけど...という最悪な気持ち。300mほどとホテルは言ってたけど、急な泥沼最悪な坂道をもちろん靴もベッチョベチョに汚くなり、足も洋服も汚れ、転び、危険でしかない坂道なので気持ち500m以上と感じます。 やっとホテルが見えてきても、歩いたこちらの苦労に、はは、疲れたでしょう的な顔で笑われ、は？という気持ちだった。フライトが急遽キャンセルになったため急な予約でお迎えもお願いできなかったのはしょうがないことだったが、ホテルがこんな窮地にあり、歩かせてしまったことの謝罪や労りもなく、ヘトヘトな私たちをみて笑顔で迎えられイラついた。 また部屋もホテルも別に新しい感じもなく、こんな状況でよくホテルやってるな、と呆れしかない。部屋には冷蔵庫もなく、暗い感じの照明、熱いお湯が出なく常に不安定な温度と強さのシャワー。エアコンもついてる？、と思うほど弱く、インターネットは人生で見たことないくらい弱く、ほぼ無いに等しいです。 ネットのこと、シャワーの温度、エアコンのこと全てスタッフに言って確認、改善してもらったが、ほぼ変わらない。エアコンについては、部屋が広いからしょうがないよ〜冷たくなるまで3時間ほど待ってね、と言われたが、全然大きな部屋でもばいが？、と呆れて笑った。しかもエアコン効くまで3時間待てってどこの時代だよ。笑 安い値段でもない、日本円で15000円とフィリピンではまあ高い値段払ってこの状況。 終いには、次の日変更されたフライトが早朝なためホテル側にエントランスまでの車(送迎)を5:30amにお願いしていたにも関わらず、(前夜二度もきちんとお願いしたのに！！) 結局朝誰一人ホテルにスタッフは居らず、結局来た時と同じ、クソな泥沼坂道を巨大ばキャリーと荷物を手持ちしたまま雨の中自力で降りました。帰るのにまた靴も服も汚れ、空港で捨てる羽目に。 本当にクソ喰らえです！！！！ 一生行きたくもないし、本当にもちろん誰にもオススメなんてしません。もっと値段低くても良いホテルはあります！！！絶対こんなホテルに泊まらないでください！！ 結局後からメッセージでチェックアウトの際車を用意できなかったことごめんね、とメッセージきましたが、また会えますように、みたいなこと書いてありましたが、当たり前に一生会いたくないです。潰れてほしい。何を考えてるのか？

Place and staff are nice but getting there is horrible. The entrance from the highway is a very steep rough road, you will need a 4x4 to get in. They have a shuttle service but on schedule. If the road will be paved definitely will recommend to others.
