Ahn-Yi Residence is a brand new Semi-D unit that was renovated to a magnificent three and a half storey residence. Ahn-Yi broadly means safe and happy, reflecting the owners aspiration of providing a safe and happy place for friends and family to gather. The owners are working on the final touches of the internal furnishing of the residence, so stay tuned for more updates!

The homestay is capable of hosting up to 30 people as it comes with 4 rooms, all attached with individual bathrooms. With temperatures ranging between 19 ºC to 24 ºC guests can enjoy barbequing in the backyard or exploring the surrounding scenic landscapes on foot. The weekend Pasar Malam or night market is also a popular attraction that’s walking distance from Ahn-Yi Residence.

Do note that the entire building is designated as non-smoking area. Also, the second floor area and above is reserved for the Owner.

You will be required to pay a security deposit of RM500 in cash upon check in, and the deposit will be returned to you upon handing over the house in its' original condition.

Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. -Durians are not allowed in the house. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor may be applied. -No pets allowed on the premise. -Most of the lighting in this house is set on timer, which will come on/off automatically. -Do NOT lose / damage the house keys and the autogate remote.The cost of replacement will be deducted from the deposit if lost. -Please lock the premise before going to bed / going out of the house. -Parking is provided on the driveway side by side. -Strictly HALAL food only (No pork, no alcohol, halal meat only) -We may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. Ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or its expiry. -Please do not rearrange our furniture. NO SLEEPING OR JUMPING on the sofa. -Do take care of the Astro decoder and remote control. -If you would like to host an event, please speak with us about it first. -Do NOT stain/damage bed linen and sofa. -If guests are found to have had a party without permission resulting in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. If the are disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -Rates applicable are for 20 pax. A surcharge of RM90/pax/night from 21st pax onwards will be charged. -If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -Should there be any damage to the property, or if the house rules are violated, we reserve the right to forfeit 100% of your deposit for replacement cost -Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Spacious house with alot of Bed, Toilet, cooking stove, basin, and etc… Cleanliness - 10/10 Cooking Facilities- 10/10 Bathroom- 10/10 Location- 8-10 (Walking Distance To “ Malam” in CH) Space : 10/10 (Able to cater at 23pax with proper bed) Note: Owner arrange Raya Treat while we are arrive to the homestay, the fresh flowers has been setting up in Living room, dining area, toilet x 7, bedroom, car porch and balcony which make us feel warmest.

Best choice for big family”
The kitchen is superb and equip with all tools and utensils.. Location is good and near to tourist spots..lastly the hosts Pn Soraya and Abg Cheng is friendly and nice, purposely send over some food for us..enjoyed my 3D2N in CH
