The rooms are huge,the bedding tops and the location perfect in every way.The lady on the reception is super friendly and her relaxing warm greetings are so welcome.The free water,the use of the fridge and washing machines downstairs are great.Aircon normally starts early and the ambience of this property is gorgeous.I recommend this property fully and with much gratitude.The showers and toilets are downstairs.So if you are my age 66 and fit all is smooth going and good exercise.i met some wonderful overseas travellers here who were positive and loved the property.

Great place in heart of the Phuket town”
This hostel was clean comfortable and and well located in phuket town a nice garden and kitchen is a bonus lots of clean shared showers and toilets. Room was clean and comfortable. Cat in reception was beautiful. Would of stayed longer but they were fully booked.

Super clean. Everything. The women who is doing the cleaning is great. The rooms are big and comfortable. A/C works good. Best location. And super cute cats in the house;) Highly recommend it.

I arrived much earlier than the check-in time but B allowed me to check in though at a minimal price. Very near the walking street. Highly recommended!

we found a newest hostel in phuket town area, ai phuket hostel, located near thalang road, the staffs are very friendly. the hostel is very clean, cheap, modern. we are really liked the design in the bedroom, they have the different ceiling of each room. the hostel located in very good location. quiet and i feel more relaxing. the oppersite is the local food center "lok tian food court" there are many local food for taste, i like it.!!! and only 1 minutes to walk away to thalang road (the ancient street). you must to stay here. don't be missed.

Perfect Stay!”
All of the staff were really nice and accommodating! You'd feel right at home :) The bus terminal is just a few minutes away, and most of Phuket Town's tourist spots are just around the corner. Many food establishments are just a few minutes away too. I would definitely book in Ai Phuket Hostel again when I visit Phuket 😃

Purrfect! Everybody loves Ai Phuket Hostel!”
We stayed for 5 nights at Ai Phuket. The goodness starts before you check in really - a great Facebook page, emails answered quickly and friendly staff when you call. There are so many things you'll appreciate at Ai Phuket, thoughtful details that make your stay so much nicer, but the beds might be the clincher. And the cat You'll leave happy. We're planning our next stay there as soon as possible. Thank you lovely Ai Phuket!

In my 9 nights staying there in hostel. I can feel very comfortable. The whole staff, they are kind, polite and friendly. The place is always clean. I comfortable cooking my food in the kitchen. In my next visit.. i’ll make sure im going to stay in Ai phuket hostel again with my family..😘😊 I have a nice, good stay there!

The hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. He help us book our tour trip and give us tips on where and what to explore in old town phuket. Communication is very good as well, very clean hostel and good facilities. The veranda is a nice place to chill. However internet connection is quite slow in the rooms, but its okay.

Nice location, clean, helpful staff”
Nice location in Old Phuket town near the beautiful Thalang St. The rooms were clean with good working air-con and the shared bathrooms had hot water with good pressure. There's a nice quiet garden area, free Nescafe and tea, and a shared refrigerator. We rented the nicest motorbikes we have found in all of Thailand from them too at a fair price (good brakes, mirrors, start reliably). Would recommend to a friend!

nice designed hostel”
this hostel right in phuket old town, walking distance to major site, easy access to transportation. nice design, provide anything that you'll need; bicycle/motorbike to rent, washing machine, iron, even dvds to watch! they have a nice small garden in the backyard. i guess this is the best hostel i've ever stayed!

Great stay, the hostel is well thought out. The room was very comfortable. Had washing mashines with detergent. Air con and wifi was good also. The hostel wasn't great for meeting people but It may just be phuket town as a whole.

Nice stay”
We enjoyed our stay at Ai Phuket. The staff were really friendly and helpful with booking ferries and giving advice on getting places. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. The room was fine, clean but bed was a bit hard, nothing to complain about though. The bathroom in the room was quite grimy, mold in the shower and didn't smell the best, we might have been better saving the money and using the cummunal showers. The only real complaint is that the room wasn't cleaned in our 3 night stay, I don't mind in terms of the sheets etc but as you're expected to put all toilet roll in a waste bin it should have been emptied. The hostel was fairly busy and met a few other travellers during our stay, nice atmosphere but if you're looking for a party atmosphere then phuket Town is probably not the place to stay it's more nice bars and coffee shops although quiet.

Stayed here for two nights . I had a late flight into Phuket and the reception was kind enough to come back for the night to check me in at 11pm. Staff was friendly and helpful. English was a bit limited but got the information I needed. Hostel is about 45 min drive from the Phuket International Airport.

Good Place and Nice staff”
Ai hostel has good location. Hostel closed by sunday walking stree, place for eat and easy to go to travel. Hostel stuffs are so nice. They always have good suggestion about travel plan and recommend nice places and beaches for me. Bedroom and bathroom are clean. When you has long stay you can ask them to change linen. They has taxi service that has good price and safe driver.

Nice hostel with nice staff and good facilities”
a brand new hostel with really friendly and nice staff. they have cheap breakfast and good facilities. big rooms with air condition and big safety boxes (i had the blue room). i asked if i could use the kitchen and it was fine!! the staff one night took me out for dinner when i asked for a good restaurant, so nice! the hostel has a small living room with a big lcd tv and many movies. it's located 5 minutes from the local bus station where u can go to any beach in phuket for a cheap price.

Best Location, Super Nice staff, Good cleanliness, Near famous local restaurants I have tried many hostels in Phuket city, and here is the best. I will recommend this place to everyone. I will come here again for sure. The bed and bed sheet are so new and clean. The quality of soap and shampoo are good. The hair dryer is also great.
