Stayed in the A Garden View capsule room and it is, by far, the coolest room I've ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and made me want to stay in my room all day. Had everything I needed, plus the breakfast included was pretty good!

Good location with nice view”
I booked the family room for 6, the house has a queen bed on the first floor and 2 queen beds on the second. The beds all have electric warmer but we did not use. View from the balcony was spectacular. Breakfast is lousy but location is good, walk a 5min downhill and there is a Mos burger and 7-11 and cheap food (though not nice). Note that for evening the whole estate only has one staff at the reception. We had a hard time moving our luggages to our unit which is uphill. Luckily our driver helped to drive the small tractor to carry all our luggages up the hill to our unit.

It is just 10 mins walk to Swiss Garden. Helpful staff who help us called a cab to Old England , allowed us leave our luggages at counter before check in and always at counter when assistance is required.

Beautiful resort and convenient location”
The hotel building is very beautiful and the room is very clean with good wood smells. The location is great, just a walking distance to convenient store, starbucks & swiss garden. The hotel is dining hall and some room have very great and beautiful mountain view.

Exceptional”
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Saw that we were carrying lots of luggage with elderly, offered us a ride up to the doorstep of our apartment. Only bad point is that we got the room for 6pax, there is only 1 toilet. This is abit inconvenient. Another grp of us gt the 4pax room with 2 toilets, so thats great. They helped us find driver to 合欢山. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. I really enjoyed the spread especially the porridge. Would definitely recommend and rebook if ever going to CingJing again.

Walking distance to Swiss Garden”
Value for money, it’s better to book via agoda as the price for walk in guest is 10%-20% more expensive. Experience to stay in a wooden room during cold weather (4 degree) is really good experience. Super friendly staff in Ailiga Travel, will come back again on my next visit 😊

View of the Valley”
We stayed in the tube rooms, which are quirky and cool. The hotel has a magnificent view of the valley below and more hills on the horizon. The staff is friendly and I was welcomed and attended in English. The tube rooms are fun, but be advised that the beds are low, and you have to walk across them to get to the bathroom. I didn't like the pillows, but pillows are a matter of personal preference.

Nice view of the mountains ”
We stayed in a superior double, albeit furnitures are a little old but room is clean and very spacious. As room is on a upslope located at 2nd level, it gives us a breathtaking view of the mountains. Generous and simple hotpot dinner served too.

Clean and spacious”
We stayed for a night at the property, the room was spacious, clean and well located. The property is within close proximity of all the major attractions of Cingjing, staff were friendly and helpful. Will surely be back!

Very good view from the room”
It's kind of a country hotel with wooden furnitures. We were really love the view at the balcony in our rooms. The staffs were very helpful to us. The worst thing that we think is the wall between rooms might be so thin. The sound from the room neaxt to us was pretty loud.

Nice view, location is perfect you can have 7-11 is near by but it's very exhausted with the slope in the resort, no bus / shutter service to come in/out . Staff are very good, Room is very nice

We stayed 2 nights in Family Duplex A for 6 people, mountain view was fantastic and we could catch the sun rise and evening on clear night we could see the stars above. Restaurant was very good, especially with the steamboat. Breakfast was good, sufficient variety for a 2 night stay. Suggest the hotel to offer laundry machines, and provision shop for basic necessity. Overall we would rate this hotel, family friendly, very good for family to spend time together.

A superb breakfast, the breakfast was really good. The downside was there was no heater inside the room, the only heater provided was the heater on the bed. When you turned on, it was too hot but if you turned it off. It was too cold. I stayed here in Winter. I suggest Ailiga to provide room heater for travelers who stay in Winter.
