great location but old hotel
the location is fine. it is near makati malls like green belt, glorietta, landmark. however, this hotel is part of the AIM complex where Graduate School classes are happening. moreover, the hotel is quite old, and needs some upgrading.

Good location, the amenities weren't too bad, and the service was great
I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical about the place when I made my booking since I only chose it due to it being the venue for an event I was attending, but a lot of factors erased all my doubts. First of all, their showers are great. I had absolutely no water problems compared to other hotels I've stayed in before. The room is spacious enough and had all the basics I needed, including a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place is also just a short walk from convenience stores and restaurants. My stay there was a breeze. I'll be sure to book this hotel again the next time I'm given the opportunity.

surprises a little
My wife thought it seems old-fashioned outside and wasn't expecting much of it but she actually liked it. She had a nice stay with her friend. Location is a bit tricky however. Budget-wise it's very good.

Manila Layover
We requested for an airport pickup and it was promptly scheduled. The driver was very nice in spite of our 2 hour late arrival. AIM-CC was just across Greenbelt 1 and convenient to all Greenbelt restaurants, Landmark Department Store, and Glorietta. Close proximity to Greenbelt Chapel was a plus for Sunday service. There was also Sunday Mass at AIM but was late in the day for us. AIM has a coffee shop (main floor) and a restaurant (5th floor) which were convenient. Price was very reasonable and competitive to other 2-3 star accomodations in the area. The facilitity is a bit outdated and could use an upgrade or refurbishing. However, it was perfectly satisfactory to us, given the price point. When we go back to Makati, we will most likely stay at AIM-CC again. Btw, the staff were excellent, polite and friendly.
