I work in Vietnam, that's why travel around country both for business and leisure a lot. This hotel is absolutely incredible, I've never expected such a quality of customer service and such a clean, nicely decorated property in Vietnam. Hotel is very beautiful, with a lot of stylish elements in design. Rooms are very comfortable, light, spacious. I appreciate a lot that the hotel follow eco-friendly standards. Location is good too, just short walk to city center, but view from hotel is jaw-dropping. Breakfast is fantastic, afternoon tea too. Special thanks to the hotel team, especially to Tony and Steven. Highly professional, highly customer oriented, with great sense of humor they made our stay unforgettable. Hope to come back.

Great hotel with amazing staff”
It was an amazing experience! We received a follow-up e-mail from the hotel after our booking. Thereafter, all queries and requests through e-mail were responded to promptly. Our check-in process was smooth, and we were provided with a detailed overview of our room, and the facilities at the hotel. We also availed the services at their Spa, and it was a professional and luxurious experience. Food at their restaurant was good, and they had a number of vegetarian options available. At every touch point, their staff were super gentle, friendly, and helpful. Every member of the front-desk staff, bellhops, restaurant staff, spa staff were all super helpful, and were able to anticipate our every need and cater to them. In the end, while the facilities of the hotel were no doubt top notch and the room had amazing views of the valley and the mountains, what stood out for us was the staff at this hotel. SERVICE WAS BEYOND EXPECTATIONS”
We stayed there for a night. The hotel was amazing, clean and comfortable, food was great, but what impressed us most was their service. Tip top service from all their staff who were always eager to help. As we planned a homestay the following night, they automatically told us we could store our luggage at the hotel and even offered us their room shower facility when we returned from our homestay so that we could catch the bus back to Hanoi feeling clean. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again!

Amazing service, food, location and top notch facilities”
We arrived one day prior to our planned trek/homestay. We were on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room as a surprise! We had such a lovely dinner there and all of th staff were exemplary. They stored our luggage at no extra cost while we went trekking. They even offered us the use of a spare room on return from trekking so that we could shower and freshen up! Not just a shower stall in a gym but an actual full room. Super thoughtful, classy service in a BEAUTIFUL location. I think they truly have one of the best views of the mountain around and it’s a 5 minute scenic walk into the town square. Would love love to come back!

I don't throw around the word "best" that often but my husband and I recently stayed at this property and it was literally perfect, staff went way over and above to ensure our stay was excellent including extra early check in, allowing us extra time to freshen up at check out day as we were not set to leave until evening, the restaurant has some of the best food we have had all throughout Vietnam (bamboo beef, spring rolls, lava cake), the spa is also excellent. Rooms and view are breathtaking. Prices are completely reasonable. Special mention to Hannah, Jenny, Ben and Pepper that made our stay extra special! Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here while in Sapa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aira over Christmas. We treated ourselves to a 5 night stay and the room we were given felt both homely and luxurious. The inclusive breakfasts were delicious and the free afternoon teas a lovely addition. The location was perfect - close enough to town to wander into easily, but also far enough away from all the noisy construction work. The staff really made the visit memorable however, they couldn't have done more to help us. And a particularly mention must go to Ben in the restaurant, whose smile and conversations each day made us genuinely miss him when we left. A fantastic hotel and well worth the money.

We enjoyed the huge, clean spacious room with one king and 2 twins beds. In fact, it’s like 2 big bedrooms with a tv in each room. The hotel has a fabulous view of the mountains. The foods at the restaurant were v good and offered a large enough selections that we got to try different dishes during our 2-night stay. They gave us a 20% discount because we were their hotel guests.

Rooms were really spacious and clean. The view overlooking the clouds and rice fields were amazing. Hue, especially, made us feel very welcomed and graciously helped with all our requests and bookings. Breakfast spread at the hotel was good too! Highly recommend this stay for travellers looking for a quiet and peaceful stay in Sa Pa.

Great choice for short stay in Sapa”
Friendly welcoming staff. Met us with welcome drink. Lien at the front desk was super helpful in assisting us to plan our short stay to make the best use of our time. She arranged cars as necessary and checked up on us throughout our tours as well. We also did a spa package was really good and they were very accommodating to our schedule. We did t get a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked beautiful and relaxing. Would recommend staying there.

The hotel is the complete package for my partner and I: the hotel was modern, clean, great location and amazingly helpful staff. The room was spacious, modern, comy and above all had stunning views of the mountains. This hotel is perfect place to unwind on the balcony with a drink after a hard day's trekking.

Great Hotel with very kind staff”
The Aira Hotel is the perfect place to stay in sapa! The hotel is not located directly in sapa town but just a five minute walk away. I would highly recommend this location as you can get away from the busy and noisy center of sapa town. When we arrived at the hotel we got a room upgrade with Mountain View which was really great. During our whole stay the staff was extra helpful and organized everything we needed. I would highly recommend the hotel when staying in sapa !

It was a really good hotel, just a shame that we weren't able to make the most of the view we had as we arrived on one of the foggiest day ever, we couldn't see anything down into the valley. We were very close to the centre of Sapa which was good but we didn't bother going to see anything else as we didn't think we would get a good picture of Sapa if we did, we would definitely want to come back and experience it again soon, and probably will go in a different season next time!

Nice boutique hotel in a quiet corner”
This is the best decision that I have made in sapa. The hotel is located at a quiet corner with great view of cat cat village and mount Fansipan. Not too far away from the city area where you can grab food. Will definitely choose this hotel again if I go back to sapa
