I've been an avid fan of Airline Inn since pre-covid days, and had stayed in many hotels under your group. In my most recent trip with Airline Inn Taichung and Royal Season Taipei, one of your staff had my faith for good customer service restored. Mr Benny from Airline Inn, Taichung, thank you for your overwhelming assistance, you represented your organisation and Taiwan with consistent assistance, to the point that you are willing to follow through with our request even after work hours, when we see that you returned in home attires just to assist us. This may be our first trip to taiwan after covid regulations ease, and it will certainly not be our last. Thank you once again, Benny. We were in Airline inn taichung from 5 to 7 December 22 and royal season taipei from 9 to 14 December 22.

Clean and quiet hotel”
A very clean and quiet place where you can stay for a couple of days. The employees at the counter are amicable and polite. We even got upgraded during our stay. Fair price and nice experience. Surely will be back again.

My best stay experience ”
I'm given a room and wow. It's big! Clean, aircon functioning well, ceiling is so tall, etc. Simply a good holiday feeling away from the daily working pressure! And yes.. the breakfast is great. I like the salad, sandwiches. The front staffs are so friendly and helpful on my queries too. And the bus stop in front of the hotel goes to Taichung HSR station. Very convenient 🙂 I will book this hotel again for the next taiwan trip 😀

Really nice hotel, quiet and cozy. The location is really perfect, easy access to foods and sights. The services are good too, staffs always has their smiles on. The breakfast is really GOOD! It surprised me, the food is really nice and varieties! Will definitely come back again!!

Awesome hotel”
The hotel is really clean and quiet! The air con is quiet too! I had a good nice sleep. The locations is perfect, it is close to SOGO shopping mall and there are tons of restaurants close by. Two convenient stores at the first floor, 7-11 and FamilyMart! Overall this is really a nice hotel I will definitely come back again!

Unexpected spacious room”
The room is actually bigger than what I see from the photos in Agoda. And the room is very clean and huge bathroom attached. Much higher than my expectation.

The rooms are basic but fairly clean and confidential. Staff from receptionist to breakfast service were all friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to restaurants and new city centre. With free parking and breakfast, great value for the price.

The toilet was quite spacious but the shower room wasn't. I asked for a baby bath tub from the hotel but I cannot close the shower door if I put the tub in the shower room. The dinning room is connected to the loading area, so you might smell the secondhand smoke during breakfast time. Nevertheless, the hotel is located in a great location, and the staff was super nice.

Great Location”
The room is spacious and well lit, the staff are polite and helpful, the best of all is the hotel located in a busy area, next to Sogo department store and bus stations. Watson and Family Mart down stair, many restaurants , drink shops, drug stores near by. On the flip side, the mattress and linen are old. Overall, we alway enjoy our staying.

Surprisingly good”
Very good! We go with 4 families and arrive late there. The staff understand our situation and arranged a connected room for us. Everyone in the trip is so happy and enjoyed the room so much

Our stay here was good. A few things though. The rooms have a musty smell. There was cleanliness issues but not major. Some hairs found here and there. Also be forewarned that if you lose your room card there could be a $600NT fee per card.
