HOSTEL, not a "Hotel"”

Hostel, not hotel. dirty showers. Good water pressure. Close to food and stores. Good deal for price. the lie about good pickup from airport. they charge 5000 won to take you back to airport. they try to force you to take bus back to airport. I had to pay an additional 5000 won to get ride back to airport, did I mention I am disabled person, walks with a cane. Hard to ride a bus for me.

This trip was sub-par”

I Have stayed with this chain on numerous occasions and have been quite satisfied with all services. This time I was disappointed.i got picked up but the driver did not help at all with any of the heavy suitcases I brought back from my over-seas trip. He explained the room to me just fine, confided a morning pickup to go back to the airport for 10am but when he didn't show by 10:15 I had to leave. I did explain that I had s bus to catch from the airport at 10:30 and had to buy my ticket still. The Traci drive helped me with my suit cases just fine. I'll treat this as an isolated interest and ignore the added costof a taxi (not to mention missing my bus as well...) And give them one more chance. Should this be repeated, I'll not be do polite in my review.

Great service but difficult to find office room”

It' s convenient to go there by airport shuttle bus but it is difficult to find the guesthouse because there is no english sign at the building. The room has even kitchen and washing machine. Everything you need are in the room. It is clean and the guesthouse has good service for taking to the airport.

Stay Review”

There's no check-in counter nor receptions, and no contact points in case if you need any assistance. The wifi didn't work and I have to make a trip down to Incheon Airport to rent a mobile-wifi, which cost me additional USD $14.

The staff service was very good. Free shuttle from/to airport. Room wasn't clean but wasn't too dirty. Less than five minutes to airport.

Good place to stay while waiting for flight”

Good place to stay while waiting for connecting flight, 5 mins from airport by car/bus. The room was pretty big and spacious, bed was big and clean too. Really good value for money if you are looking for place close to the airport for one or two nights.

Could be better (pricing and maintenance) ”

Foreigners might have trouble communicating with the owner. He is very nice but has very little to no knowledge of English. The place is quite run-down. The bathroom is okay but hair dryer, heater, desk and chair were very old.... The price is cheap but it should be cheaper knowing how other guesthouses with the same or lower prices have better quality.

Very nice staff, comfortable room”

Arrived around 11pm, couldn't find the hotel as most shops were already closed. Called the hotel and the guy came to look for me. Room was huge, had a bunk bed and a queen sized bed. This would be very suitable for families waiting to transit to Seoul. Place was nice and clean.

the address is not completed, so not easy to find the hotel. But the room is big and comfortable.

It was pleasant and convenient and I appreciated the service. I would've liked better instructions on where to go to catch the airport shuttle.

Can't recommend”

This place was a disappointment . Room was not 49 sq mts as stated , more like 29. Air con not working . Shower holder bracket broken . WiFi worked sometimes , but mostly not. Kitchenette devoid of utensils except for 2 cups and 1 teaspoon . Old TV . No phone . Managers English level 2 out of 10 . Bathroom fan not working , smell from drains . Not value for money . But at least it was walking distance to Airport terminal. Will not use again .

affordable and appropriate for transit only ”

On arrival the shuttle service has to be called, it is not on a regular interval basis. Fortunately the valet parking staff was kind to call them for me. I stay for 1 night only just for transit.

I only stayed for one night. I had an early flight the next morning. It was fine as a crash pad.

There is no office, just some guy that lives in one of the "rooms". No AC, no heat. The rooms were not very clean. Beds extremely hard. Seemed more like a Hostel rather than a Hotel. Would not recommend.

Het is een vrij ruime kamer op de 8e verdieping van een gebouw vlak bij het vliegveld. De kamer is vrij ruim met wc en douche. Er zijn volop eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Er is geen receptie. Het guesthouse heeft geen website. De pickupservice werkte goed. We moesten bij terugeist naar vliegveld wel 5000 won betalen. Al met al goedkope optie als je laat aankomt of vroeg weg moet naar Incheon Airport.
