Location,kindness,distance from the airport and breakfast etc..all were satisfied and also pick up & drop off system is so good. Recommendable airport hotel. Room is so clean and cooking facilities are all equipped.

We stayed there in late July when it was very hot and humid. Our room did not have air conditioning or even a fan. The lobby and halls did but not our room.. There wasn't any bar soap, shampoo or lotions. And of course, no wash cloths, which is an unknown item to Europeans. The restaurant was open for dinner when we arrived until 11:00 pm and was very good. However, we were late for the breakfast buffet which ended at 9:30 am and the restaurant was closed. The free shuttle service to the airport was a plus.

シャトルサービス
ターミナル2のバス乗り場21番から無料シャトルバスが出ています。夕方は17:15が第1便ですが、電話をかければ早い時間でも拾ってくれます。私は 空港の Wifi とSkype を利用して電話しました。

エアポートシャトルの便数が多いので待ち時間が少なく早くホテルに向かうことができる。

乗り継ぎするための宿泊でした。初めての海外でしたが,ホテルは清潔で,ホテルマンの方々も大変親切で快適な時間を過ごすことができました。レストランでは快くテイクアウトを受け付けてくださったので,夜食として部屋でゆっくり食べることができました。ベッドの堅さがちょうどよく疲れを癒すこともできました。是非,また利用したいと思いました。

コペンハーゲンのホテルは高いというイメージがあったが、ここはとてもリーゾナブルで、価格の割には良いという印象。ある程度の設備も整っているので、不便も無く、仕事で利用するには十分なものであった。市内の同クラスのホテルと比較しても、価格・内容とも優れていると思う。

Kun tulee autolla ajaen, olisi hyva laittaa selvemmat viitat mista tulee ajaa hotellin parkkipaikalle. Suihkun lattialaatoistuson sellainen, etta vesi tulee vaistamatta kylpyhuoneen lattialle muuallekin kuin suihkutilaan. Vahan korkeampi kynnys auttaisi siihen. Huoneessa ei ole silitysrautaa, alekerran tiksilta neuvottiin menemaan 8. kerrokseen. Taman tiedon voisi laittaa jo huoneeseen suoraan. Patja oli minusta vahan kova. Vastaanoton henkilokunta oli ystavallista ja avauliasta, mutta huomasin etta aamiaisruokalan henkilokunnassa oli tyontekija joka oli aika toykea toisella asiakkaalle. Tama asiakas kysyi, mihin aamiainen maksetaan ja vaikutti silta etta tyontekija ei ehka taysin ymmartanyt (suomea). Mutta ei sekaan niin haittaisi, jos asenne olisi muuten hyva - ystavallinen hymy auttaisi jo paljon! Jos selvasti nakee etta toinen haluaa auttaa, niin eivat pienet kommunikointivaikeudet jaa edes mieleen. Palveluasennetta siis toisilla tyontekijoilla oli ja toisilla ei. Kehoittaisin kiinnittamaan huomioita tahan, kuin tyonteijoita koulutetaan.
