Fast internet, clean sheets, water, AC, transfer... close to Metro station (10 min by feet) and Airport (15 min by car), so it was everything I need for a few nights. Notice it is far away to hotel if you wanna go by feet (about 5 km).

Disappointed”
The amount on the site was increased by half when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel manager was very arrogantly answering when I presented to him the I had ordered although my noise overrode his arrogance until they had to discount the food. They served chicken bones without any flesh and the manager was convincing me who has eaten chicken since I was a kid that chicken bones are still chicken n I hate it when you make me loove like a full. The drop charge to airport is 4times more than uber . I chose uber The location of the hotel was the most disappointing, it's deep inside. Corridors and map navigation doesn't take you directly there. The bedsheets laid on my bed where torn. Online it's a 2 * hotel n I wouldn't expect much coz I have developed my career from a 1* to now 5* hotel manager but it's very disappointing to find hotel operations staff behaving more professional and courteous than the manager.

Not worth the money”
Tiny room, black mold on the walls, the r250 continental breakfast was a few slices of toast with a cup of coffee. The hotel's 10 minute shuttle to the airport costs r300, when an Uber / tuktuk will cost you r100. Not good enough and not worth the money.

Absolutely awful place”
The pictures in the advert must be a memory of what this place used to be. The list of amenities advertised simply aren’t true, there wasn’t enough floor space to open a suit case, the shower didn’t work, there were no towels provided, the room wasn’t cleaned once during our 4 night stay, it was 42 degrees outside and there was no aircon in the room despite it being advertised all round a very dirty hotel. The staff were generally okay but everytime my wife walked passed they were uncontrollably perving on her completely inappropriate and unprofessional. In short I would reccomend this hotel over a bench at the airport.

Close to Metro station AeroCity, good for early departure. Breakfast from 9 is too late, but you can arrange some toast and tea earlier. Rooms are small and bit musty.

Paid almost 50 euro for 1 night. the surcharge was 3|4 of the price which I did not even realized so I thought the room will be much cheaper..anyway might be my fault.But... No hot water, no paper tissue, no towels Not even a glass or a mug. Dirty walls and doors. For 50 dollar or euro you can have a nice double bedroom in most of the places and mostly will offer buffet breakfast. I do not mind to stay in lower quality places as I am a backpacker , but as I spent that much money I have planned a nice relax time after a long journey. Dirty and NOT LIKE in the photos”
Cons: - The room is really dirty and old. Looks NOTHING like in the pictures. -The staffs was not really friendly. - The location of hidden behind the quiet shoplots with dirty road and environment. - Limited water supply Pros -I can't think of any. The hotel location 10 minutes walking distance is near to the Aerocity Metro Station to the airport. I was there due to long flight layover.

WHEN I ARRIVED HOTEL MANAGER TOLD ME , I ARRIVED LATE MY ROOM GIVE TO OTHERS. THEY HAVE AC ROOM , IF I WANT TO STAY NEED EXTRA 200 RUPE CHARGE FOR THIS ROOM. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, FOR WHAT THEY DONE TO ME. FLIGHT ARRIVED 12:00 A.M. LATE NIGHT I HAVE NOT ANY OPTION TO DO.

Dirty room - dirty blanket, toilet, mattress', sticky floor. No adequate heating in the room. Not the same as per pictures uploaded into Agoda. Really disappointing experience staying there for four (4) nights. Please spend your money on a hotel nearer to the main road and a cleaner hotel.

The amount which I have paid for deluxe room in the hotel is very costly. I don't think agoda may charge such a high money for this hotel. I feel my self fool and request agoda first they examine the hotel in all sense. My experience in this hotel in such a high amount is absolutely painful.

They sent me to another property without prior notice and the property was like a trash can. It was not clean. Bathroom was smelly and broken equipments. Service was also bad.
