By far the worst experience I ever had staying in a hotel. I wonder how this hotel has an over 4 star rating in Google. Very likely fake reviews. Here is my full experience: I did an online booking via agoda. I requested an early check in at 9:00 am which was approved by them. Initially I was assigned room 302, there were no elevators and the staff member carried my bags to the room that was very tiny with one bed and barely any space to move. Had a TV with no signal error and was not functioning. I was not given any key and they told me some customer took it and didn't return, also told me that they will move me to a bigger nicer room in a couple of hours. I agreed to that assuming these are short term problems. After asking them to change my room multiple times, I was finally shifted to room 301 at 1230. This was bigger than room 302. Unfortunately, they did not have a key for this room as well. I insisted on the key as I wanted to leave the hotel and go outside to run some errands. The keymaker came and tried to make the key for 15-20 mins but couldn't, so they told me that they will need to replace the lock which will take several hours and asked me to trust them and go outside leaving the room unlocked as there are CCTV cameras and my stuff is safe. I asked them to get it fixed asap. Moreover, there were no toiletries(towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper) in the bathroom so I decided to use their phone to call reception, which was also not working, so I had to go to the reception without locking the room to request these basic items, and they sent someone with soap and towel. Additional things I noticed: The TV in this room was not working and was just for display. Bathroom and toilet seat were dirty from the inside. Toilet paper holder was broken. Water was leaking near the toilet seat. Wash basin was broken in the bathroom and all the water from the basin falls directly on the floor making your feet wet.
