Excellent stay. Due to a late flight, I actually didn’t arrive at the hotel until 11pm, the gentleman on check in was brilliant. He was understanding, helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was very nice. Love the massive TV on the wall. Also there was a range of drinks in the mini bar, which were all free. Quite incredible. Brilliant location, there is a bus stop within 30 second walk, 4 stops and you’re at the airport. Excellent stay. Highly recommended. Great price, great value.

DORMERO saved us!”
My wife and I had decided to not stay in another hotel down the street from DORMERO because it misrepresenting many things. Instead, we decided to stay at DORMERO last-minute and thankfully we made an EXCELLENT decision. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bod was cozy and the water pressure was strong. The staff were super happy to welcome us when we arrived. We would definitely stay here in our next overnight in the Zurich Airport area.

This hotel totally can be our base when we travel in Switzerland with Swiss travel pass. 4 stars hotel with cheap hotel rate! Worth to money... Big room... Convenient to get bus to and from airport Zurich or Airport rail station. You can start your day to travel to Bern, Luzern, Interlaken, Geneva and back to stay at this hotel at night.. Can be your base when travelling in Switzerland. Near to bus stop and CO OP supermarket and food restaurant. Very convenient! May back and stay here again with this cheap hotel rate.

Excellent property, Great Value, BUT”
Their check-in policy of 3 pm is crazy. Their reception staff comes-in only by 2.30 pm for 3 pm check-ins, which is the most troubling and painful (never heard off policy anywhere around the planet) Other than the above, its a great hotel, good property, good staff, clean, superlative. But to any traveller, visitor getting a hotel room earlier than 3 pm only makes sense, you don't want to waste the day just waiting to get your booked room in the hotel !!! So I will give NEGATIVE SCORES TO THIS POINT MENTIONED ABOVE !!!

The Hotel is perfect for waht you need for one night before an early flight in the morning. The only thing i dident like was, on Agoda was stated that there is an Airport shouttle but that is not true. I was told on the phone i can take public transport.

Great welcome by friendly, helpful staff, room was spacious for the rate, complimentary soft drinks and beer in room fridge, easy public transport access to the airport (5 minutes) and downtown Zurich (15 minutes by local train service) - would definitely stay at a Dormero hotel again

Bus stop is very close to the hotel ( 2-3 minutes walk). Moreover, bus comes every7-8 minutes. It's very convenient to commute to Zurich or to the airport.

The room air-conditioning regulator is not functioning properly and not enough cold and fresh air. My room is no. 412. Better check again the regular and controller.

Great Value and Location”
3 stops away from the city center, 5 minutes drive from the airport. Even standing in a busy street the hotel is nicely isulated. Amazing 65 inch TV in every room. Standard clean. Only annoying point; front office staff a bit too "stiff" in communication. The hotel is running a semi-self service check-in / check-out due the limitation of employees. You will have to handle all your issue by yourself from 11:00pm till 1:00pm the next day - time where the front office staff will show up again. Other than that, I would stay again!
