"We enjoyed a pleasant stay. But when we got off the shuttle bus from Kittila airport in the middle of the night, we were at a loss. We had expected a reception office or something like that where we could check in. But there was nothing but a board with a rough map and phone numbers. Unfortunately we did not have a mobile phone which could work here. Only through the help of friendly strangers, we could call the owner and barely managed to get to our cottage. We appreciate it very much if better reception system is provided to this wonderful hotel. "
