I stayed for 6 nights, but impossible to sleep because of the unbelievably soft mattresses. Asked owner what he can do, didn’t reply for 2 days, and wouldn’t contact directly, only through the agent. I actually stayed one night in another hotel to give my back a rest as it was in so much pain. ソフトマットレスのせいで眠れなかったし腰も足も痛くなって、違うホテルに泊まらないといけなかったです！チェックインした後オーナーに連絡したが返事が来なかったです。やっぱり２日後オーナーはアプリの会社に連絡して、何もできないと言われました。 いい場所だけどヤバイサービスと安いマットレスのせいで悪い経験でした。
