Good hotel but the staff are not friendly”

This is a very nice and beautiful hotel and some of the rooms are renovated but I did not get a chance to get to stay in the renovated room. Otherwise, the whole hotel room is nice and spacious. Would consider going to stay again.

Just gets better ”

I only stay here when in Bangkok, the facilities are excellent as are the staff. When I first went there the hotel looked a little jaded but there has been a complete refurbishment and its truly excellent... there is a mall and a 24 dinner downstairs and lots of starbucks and fast joints close by if that is your think. Lots of nice bars and restaurants as well. Superb stay as always.

very spacious, good for family”

we traveled with a 3 year old and our mom, very spacious so the kid could sleep well even when we watch TV or talk in the living room. kitchen is well equipped. Staffs are nice and helpful. loved the gym and pool area. locate in a nice area of the city however a bit far from BTS although hotel has shuttle. Breakfast is rather limited. Only complaint about the room is the pillows are so high and hard to sleep on. Overall it's a very nice hotel that exceeded my expectation, and very good for the price we paid. Will stay again when travel with family.

Phone charging”

Everything was good, the only problem I encountered is the power supply in the room couldn't charge my iphone 7 plus well, it was very slow I don't know why I even tried to switch to another power supply but it was the same. It took me 2hrs to charge my phone to half the battery size. Even my colleagues in diff rooms have the same problem. I used my external power bank and I could full charge my phone in 2 hrs.

Beautiful stay with amazing breakfast!”

The staff here were incredible. The best part of the stay was definitely the breakfast, so good! The location had very easy access to the BTS station, only a 10 minute walk. I do wish Agoda made it more obvious that airport transfer doesn't mean pickup and dropoff to the airport - in this case it just meant that they had a shuttle going back and forth from the hotel to the BTS station on Sukhumvit. I would totally stay here again - rooftop pool was very nice as well!

The hotel sits on a small but nice upscale shopping center, including a 24 hours supermarket. Location is fine, food is very good and the rooms are large and nice, but the cleaning of the rooms are not so good, especially the floor-cleaning...
