A small hotel in Venice with reasonable room price
reasonable prize, room for 4 ppl
We noted there is comments in agoda that most tourist said it is very difficult to locate the hotel and spend over an hour to locate. Actually, the hotel is really hidden in those buildings and u need to cross over a narrow street, in which u cannot imagine there could be a hotel inside. My advice for you is that u shall go to the hotel website and there is guidance to teach you how to find that hotel by ferry...just follow it and it shall be fine

Not friendly and nothing to thank for!
You have to leave tips to get well treated! Like you will have a box of tissue or bottle of water in the room!

Terrible overpriced, dirty hotel
Nothing
Were do you start? It was advertised as old world charm, the reality is back alley, dirty and so far fetched from the photos it's not even similar. I get budget hotel and am more than happy to do basic, but I'm expecting some form of niceties. Instead we had a broken shower, a non smoking room full of smoke, walls that were bashed and marked up floor to ceiling, air con that didn't work, mega stains on the duvet from its past life (I'm deadly serious), and two single beds joined together under a sheet that wasn't tucked in as it was too small to reach the sides. After asking to change rooms as it stunk like smoke, we were told it was "impossible". Despite being completely booked there were 10 room keys waiting for imaginary guests on the front table that didn't move. When you get back at night the hallway has no lights so you have to use a phone light to even find your room and get in. Expensive gets you backpacker-esque with windows that look into the neighbours windows, curtains that don't cover them and neighbours that watch through them as you have a shower. The shower was an after thought perched so far up the end of the bath you had to stand on the slope to get under the dribble whilst you half held the handle to stop it falling off the wall. All in all, if I could have aborted the al regio canal experience ten minutes in and found another hotel to sleep in, I would have!!!

Good location, but quaint hotel
clean
the hotel was hard to find- located in a what seemed like a maze of alleyways, we had to ask a few locals, and they were not much help! it was quite small- like many italian hotels, but clean.we did not expect no shower, just a tub, and the pull out was not comfy at all!! not sure we would stay there again, although we would know where it is-now, if we did!

very neat guest house but hard to locate
clean room
it took us awhile to locate the guest house and we had to ask for directions, but it was a neat guest house with reasonable room size, although the shower was a bit small.

Hotel is nice. a bit hard to find
Rooms are spacious, not too small, tall ceiling. Right next to a canal.
the price for a nice modern hotel inside venice city is a bit difficult. think that this hotel is worth the price to pay for. only cons i could think of is the showers aren't very strong (if you bath its ok as its got a tub) also the location is a little bit hard to find, but once you know the way its ok.
