Very clean, great place. Location for me was superb on the West Bank Luxor which is less touristy and has a village feel rather than the chaotic east bank. The ferry only costs 5EGP each way, that's 40pence. Many cafe and restaurants within easy walking distance. The manager Mohamed is extremely customer focused and will assist with sorting out any tours/trips. The staff are first class. This is an extremely well run hotel and is the best value for money in Luxor.

Mohamed has been amazing before our arrival and during our stay. he has arranged for us some commute between the hotel and a few places, and also arranged a few site visits on our last day. We would not hesitate to come back to the same hotel next time we are in luxor

Excellent stay at Al Hambra!! Staff were amazing, special mentions to Bakr and Mohammed, who went above and beyond the whole time. They organised our day trips, plans, take away breakfast, everything, including an incredible hot air balloon trip over Luxor sites - all very well priced. They were so genuine & attentive, we felt like family in this place. The hotel location is in a beautiful communal part of West Luxor where it feels like you get to know lovely Egyptian locals. Everyone was so friendly, always felt welcome and safe. Staying at this place really made us love Luxor even more. Bakr also took us to a great restaurant named Wolf Restaurant, 7 min walk from the hotel. We went back there for more great food. The room was also great, spacious, clean, excellent balcony overlooking the beautiful hotel. There's also a beautiful big rooftop which is perfect for a sunrise/sunset coffee & soaking up the atmosphere. Most definitely recommend and would love to return!!! Alvin & Anita

It got satisfied with the hotel compared to the one I stayed in aswan. The hotel seemed to be taken care of, clean and tidy. There is a quite good and enough furniture relevant to a family. The only issue is the location away from the train station on the other side of the Nile. سعدنا بقضاء إقامتنا في هذا الفندق نظرا للحجم المريح للشقة ذات ال غرفتين والصالة. الشقة بها اثاث جيد ومريح للعائلة. النظافة جيدة والخدمات مقبولة. الشيئ الوحيد ربما موقع الفندق في منطقة بعيدة عن القطار من الجهة الاخرى النهر.

Great Stay!”
The manager of this hotel went above and beyond to help us. If you read earlier reviews, you'll see that he's so helpful, kind, and engaged into your stay in Luxor. He arranged so many things for us and gave us great tips on what to see and what to do. The hotel gives airport transfers (highly recommended - it's a track to get there on your own and it's worth not haggling with a taxi driver). The hotel serves breakfast and though it's minimal, it's nice. It's on the West Bank which is on the opposite bank of the Temple's; however, it is closer to the Valleys and hot air balloon trips. Which we highly recommend! We took at 1 hour hot air balloon sunset ride for 2 people. It was only 60USD. It was totally worth the 4:30am pick up and the sight was just breath-taking! There are restaurants nearby and little marts nearby too. It's not easy to find at first but the staff is so helpful with you getting around. I would stay at this hotel again for it's price and staff's kindness!

Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist super freundlich. Wir haben außer Frühstück auch Tee zu jeder Zeit bekommen, wenn wir ihn bestellt haben. Wir waren Anfang Januar in Luxor und es war kalt in den Zimmern, wir haben für jedes Zimmer einen Heizkörper bekommen. Das Personal ist auf jeden Wunsch von uns eingegangen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt.

숙박하는 동안 너무나 좋았습니다. 친절한 스태프들, 페리터미널에서 도보로 이동 가능한 위치, 맛있는 아침식사까지 다 매력적이었어요. 여러가지 부탁을 드렸는데도 다 열심히 알아봐주시고 좋은 가격에 제공해주셨습니다. 이집트 호텔들이 대부분 비슷할테지만 호텔이 생긴지 좀 돼서 내부 인테리어는 완벽하다고 할 수 없지만 가격대비 숙박하는데 불편함이 전혀 없습니다. 저는 건물 외관 인테리어에 반해서 이 호텔을 선택했는데 룩소르 서안쪽에서 여기만큼 건물 외관이 예쁜 호텔은 없더라구요. 적당한 가격의 호텔을 찾는다면 추천합니다!

아쉬운 점이 있다면 서안에 있어서 다른 편의시설과 멀다는 것 뿐이고, 시설 상태나 직원 친절도는 좋은 편이에요. 다만 픽업 서비스가 유료라는게 아쉬워요. 서안 투어 혼자 하실 분들이 계시다면 추천할만한 숙소에요!

优点：酒店挺漂亮的，服务员很热情。开自驾去西岸的各个遗址都非常方便。去东岸的话步行去码头也就几分钟，渡轮只需5埃及镑 缺点：位置不好找，在小巷里，而且是土路。导致停车的时候被旁边的埃及人坑说就是停在他那，然后说为了车的安全要给点费用，怕车出问题只能给了40埃及镑。后来发现酒店门前可以停车…
