Free private parking for one per unit is available on site (reservation is not needed) Pets are allowed upon request . Charges may apply. All reservations and financial agreements are made for a specific number of guests . This number must be specified and confirmed by a client during the booking process. Additional guests May be accommodated at extra charge provided that the total number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the residence. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the unit. Cleaning every third day is included. Change of towels and linen every third day is also included. Extra cleaning service can be arranged at an extra charge. Maid service is not included in the rental rate if in -case if guest damages are found in house will be charged as per the house policy. At check-in, the client must submit his/her passport or identity card and pay off the remaining balance. The passport and /or identity card will be photocopied and returned along with two sets of keys of the booked residence. The company is not responsible for any accident, injury or illness that may occur while out of the premises. By accepting this reservation , it is agreed that all the guests are assuming the risk of any arm arising from their (and their guests) use of the premises. client agrees to keep the house in good condition.
